If they wanted a delay, why did their lawyer immediately accept service? I think Ty said he called him up the day the lawsuit was filed and he said he would accept service on their behalf. They could've drawn that process out.

I'm of the opinion that MoRonica didn't truly inform their counsel of their actions. I think they went and got a consultation where they talked about being harassed by a YouTube lawyer, etc, etc (whatever their version is) so Casey accepts service. 400+ defamatory tweet storm and other idiotic insanity drops on his desk and so Casey begs for more time. He needs it. We're at ~1300 pages of catalouged insanity in ~3 months, and only following the shenanigans of his clients could take weeks.

My question on that two parties using the same Lawyer is how does that complicate Crowdfunding, when they inevitably put up a go fund me? How are the funds disbursed? Does each client need a individual IOLTA? Because I assume Erick has to be billing more hours to wade through Soye's shit then Rial's. As I understand it, lawyers aren't s'posed to contact opposing parties who are represented. They're supposed to contact their counsel. Contacting the opposing party directly would be an ethics violation, am I wrong?

That's assuming it even did come from MoRon's lawyer. If it came from either Ron or Monica, well, neither of them are lawyers. They can't subpoena Jack or shit without a court's signature on the subpoena.
