Since none of you are wondering "whatever happened to BT?" I decided to look at his twitter feed once more however instead of showing/archiving more of his tweets I will describe two categories of tweets that you'll see the most:
Category 1: He talks about how Vic losing his TCPA ruling meant he didn't have actual evidence to prove he was innocent thus he is guilty of what he's been accused of.
Category 2: He has become the living embodiment of this image whenever he talks about Anti-SJWs:

You don't really need a written legal contract to establish a representational relationship and be bound by ethical principles relating to current clients, nor is simply disclaiming such a relationship determinative. It's on a case-by-case basis and has to do with the relative power of the parties and what a reasonable person would believe under the circumstances. While some things, like drafting filings to be used in court by another, or being a law-talking guy in front of a judge, are almost always inherently the practice of law, most aren't.
It's entirely possible to establish an attorney/client relationship inadvertently, especially with an unsophisticated consumer.
That still requires circumstances establishing such a relationship and I'd really like to know what that pinhead Two-Ton thinks are such circumstances. Raising money for someone isn't an attorney/client relationship. Calling these fat Law Twitter fucks fat is not an attorney/client relationship. Saying "I'd do this" on a radio show isn't an attorney/client relationship especially when Vic probably didn't even watch that shit, and Beard didn't do it anyway.
I defy anyone to find a single case remotely similar to this where an att'y/client relationship was established apparently by just smoking a cigar with him and giving him $300,000 for free.
The only remotely representational thing he did was refer another lawyer, within the proper jurisdiction. For a referral to be negligent in any actionable way, there has to be some reason to think that lawyer is incompetent, has ethical issues, or anything else. Beard has no record of discipline whatsoever and is routinely trusted by corporate clients with transactions in the seven figures. He deals with people these buffoons wouldn't be hired by to write parking tickets on one of their properties.

At this point when it comes these idiots this will sound a little extreme but I don't give a fuck anymore. If you still support Funimation and people like Jamie Marchi & Monica Rial you are effectively dumber then the people who still supported Channel Awesome up until 2018.
At least the majority of those people jumped ship after ChangeTheChannel happened, meanwhile fans of Jamie, Monica & Funimation still double down on supporting them even after it's long been proven what repugnant cunts they are.
