Simply going from Huber's last attempt, it looks like he's just trying to maverick this case to conclusion because it's "tearing the community apart".

Behold, the leader of the chaos order. Lord Sperg of the Sperg army.

Or Craig never e-mailed him. Or the e-mail went to the spam folder. Or maybe since the statement wasn't even considered by the judge, it doesn't matter what info Craig got.

Chupp did consider them, though. As far as we know, the Huber affidavit never had to come up, given the trajectory of the hearing.

And I doubt that Doucette would pass up an opportunity to release what he thought would be embarrassing info.

Wow ok that was unexpected to see what was happening to Vic, so many things can change in an hour.

Just when we thought shit was about to go quiet while we waited for the next decision to be made...

This is the gift that keeps on giving even if the gifts are the equivalent of a 30 year old fruitcake found in the corner of your grandma's pantry.

I think this is what's happening with Chuck: he has very strong opinions. He believes that Vic has done things that are bad according to his own morals, just not the kinds of things that the defense attacked him over. In those omitted paragraphs, he has other things he's criticizing Vic for - possibly naming names of women he cheated on Michelle with. He also doesn't agree with the lawsuit, because he thinks it's damaging the community and he buys it that it's damaging Vic. Chuck is Vic's friend, and he genuinely wants the best for Vic...but he's very wrong about what will help Vic. PR statements and trying to find common ground won't do anything. He just wants to believe it will.

Plus, now he's burned down his own career in what he was likely told was a move to help save Vic and himself, and to his perspective nothing came of it. Of course that isn't true, the case isn't lost, and Chuck's affidavit will have use in the future, but this is Chuck. He has confirmation bias.

And so we're here. With him berating Vic and wanting to tell more about what he feels Vic did wrong because he feels morally compelled to do so.

Interesting to note that Chupp's most negative rating is based on the "following the law" criteria.

Now my curiosity is piqued. I don't expect @Svetlana to spill the beans, but if my guess was wrong, I'm very curious what's actually going down.

I think Svetlana made a grave mistake by pretty much confirming the Chuck texting/berating stuff. But I will say that Chuck "berating" Vic could be about anything. We don't know specifics, and really, we SHOULDN'T. I feel like we should quit digging into this thru @Svetlana. I'm almost positive that Vic would not want us knowing even THIS much.

Now, as to the "berating"...It could be something like "I can't believe I nuked my career for this," or "Okay I am KV now, you're on the wrong side of this". We DON'T KNOW. Nor SHOULD we know. I think it was a grave mistake to bring something personal like this out into the open. I for one, am still in support of Chuck until he starts sperging publically against Vic, and/or Vic publically denounces him.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not expecting or wanting Svetlana to tattle on Chuck. I'm just curious because of the hints that have been dropped so far.

Holy fuck I never knew they actually RANKED lawyers. Wtf, this is awesome but also horrible.

I am also curious, but I don't think we are at all entitled to that info. And like I said, I don't think Vic would be too happy about this recent development about Chuck.

I disagree completely with this statement. Sabat has been the most quiet of the bunch but from what little has been dug up he sounds like he was the worse. Sabat and people like him who keep this stuff behind closed doors save themselves from becoming lolcows but they're still pieces of shit.

This goes for anyone pulling this behavior. If it's Chuck or anyone showing this behavior, it wouldn't change my stance.
