All those terms do not accurately describe that kind of ideology. "Cultural Marxism" is the closest term I ever heard of.
It's certainly not "liberal" because it argues for severe restrictions of freedom

Key traits of this ideology are:
1. Opposition to working class, support for bourgeoisie and welfare recipient class. United bourgie+welfare parasite front aimed at exploiting working class through value extraction and heavy taxation. Reliance on mob violence and riots: bourgies use welfare parasites as attack dogs against working class.
2. Opposition to whites and civilized ethnic groups in general. Always supports more violent, unproductive race over productive and non-violent.
3. Criticism of jews is banned. Some exceptions can be made for criticism of Israel when white people are collectively blamed for zionism instead of jews.
4. Genocidal imperative: whites MUST be replaced everywhere. Whites NOT getting replaced is racist. International pressure is used to achieve this: EU repeatedly tried to force Eastern European countries into opening borders for immigration.
Currently this ideology is being phased out in favor of pseudo-conservative ideology which supports sexual revolution, zionist censorship and infinity jeets.

Progressivism is the result of unchecked liberalism. Where equality and selfish hedonism are put above everything else. Sexual degeneracy, transgenderism and open-boarders are the result of thinking that people are entitled to be and act what ever they want. And that people only exist as individuals. I would say this is the universal definition of the belief that both Conservative and the left uses. The left takes it further with the inclusion of racial guilt, that the success of Whites is the result of discrimination and historical prejudices and that Whites must forcibly accommodate others to atone for that sin. With the second definition it applies only to White liberals. Non-Whites adopt the belief as a utilitarian means to remove Whites from power and to steal their positions for their own ethnic interests such as indians.

You forgot to mention the mechanisms through which they depend on elites:
1. Economic: lumpenproles are too retarded (and often exhibit primitive animalistic behaviors) to earn money on their own, so they support whoever gives gibs to them.
2. Protection of criminals: highly criminal populations' safety depends on anti-self-defense, soft-on-crime governments that protect them from backlash.
3. Foreigners invited by government will support that government because fall of this government means they will get kicked out/genocided by native majority. Their security depends on stability and power of the state. Upper class jeets can form a non-retarded pro-government class.

Democrats invented American liberalism because socialism is too tainted of a word to use in America. In Europe you can say socialist and social democracy without people calling you a communist. What do Americans love to talk about? Freedom, liberty. So they took liberalism (which already was a thing and means wanting a smaller government and a lot of individual freedom (what Americans now call libertarianism)) and raped it. To Americans, liberalism means the state spending a lot of money making sure everyone gets a chance. It's rather annoying, since everything Americans do ends up back in Europe so now people have no idea what you mean when you say liberalism in Europe.

Either way, I think it is hard to make up a new word that both accurately describes whatever the DNC wants, let alone making it stick. There is no coherent ideology behind it. Instead they made random choices on a case by case basis and made that their political program. Their actual policy is also full of contradictions: Everyone is equal, but niggers are sad retards you have to coddle. Only police should have guns, but we should also defund the police.
