While an IP alone cannot be used to dox you, your browser delivers information to every page it visits that can be used to fingerprint your online activity unless special measures are taken. Even something as simple as what combination of fonts are available on your computer (which is indeed information available to a website) can create a fingerprint completely unique to you across the entire world.
The fact the website prompts people to post the uniquely generated scorecard with a unique emoji identifier 'code' indicates to me that the developers of this page wanted people who use it to post information which can successfully tie a remote online identity, like a forum account, to the browser and IP information submitted to their servers as part of their test.
Do not use this website. You don't need to look at a bunch of pictures of trannies to know that, yes, you can always tell.

Can you link to the tweet,because I'm having a hard time finding it as I suspect that they deleted it since I cogently explained why it's not primarily their refusal to allow you to mask your IP-address that's the subterfuge; the "score card" that has a seemingly unique image/code/date and their insistance you post it publically (when they could just give you the score in plain numbers) in combination with their refusal to let you use a VPN (that is their demand to get your IP) that made me suspicious,but atleast the tranny posted my comment in its entirety where I explained just that.

But still. I think it is an important thing for people to realize, vpns don't give as much protection as people might think. If they are just learning about them from nord VPN adds or something.

I think they're being honest about what people are self-reporting as when they submitted photos. For one, they seem to be something of a STEM nerd, on top of that they're British, where discussions of science are dominating the debate over sex-based rights and so on. For another, there's several compounding factors involved that make identification harder than usual, like the fact that the images are the size of a postage stamp, they're angled, filtered, wearing glasses/clothing/posing so that their features are obscured, and you have a very short time limit to guess either male or female. Why go through all that trouble if you're just going to lie anyway?

It wouldn't surprise me that the people who submitted their pictures lied, but this seems like a genuine attempt to "prove" that TERFs are liars when it comes to this subject, and all these measures to skew the results are there to make sure the statistics go their way without technically being guilty of lying.
