I'm gonna be putting in my two weeks soon, and I have a work excel sheet that was made for the purposes if case management of homeless people.
It has since gone on to be the backbone of our entire teams method case system. Yet also is the reason management won't promote me beyond grunt tier. (Because I maintain it with my OCD nature).

It is backed up on teams/sharedrive, and I likely won't delete the file due to it being on the fringes if company property.
Though at this point I'm just waiting for a few job opportunities to clear and make an offer.

Any ideas what I should do? Or should I be the bigger autist and leave with grace?

An Excel sheet?

Not a shitty SQL database, not even an Access database sitting up in MS cloud with everything on one table, but an Excel sheet? Can they not shell out like ten bucks a month in hosting costs?

Wait, this sheet is kept on Sharepoint? Not even a Sharepoint list? Those are like gay baby database 101.

ETA: my tip is that when you're applying for new jobs, make sure to list your job title as something like 'Technical Business Analyst' and do NOT say that your primary job was maintaining shit in Sharepoint, unless you want that to be your entire job (ask me how I know lol)

The main job was case management of a population, but it was all in paper. If you wanted their phone number you would have to pull a paper file from the stacks to get it.

I brought us one step closer to the modern Era by gathering all the data for everyone.
