This comment is six months old but since the thread is alive again for some reason:

I don't think there's inconsistency here, the darkie had a criminal history (he is a darkie, this isn't really unexpected), but to my knowledge he didn't have a history of rape nor murder.

The fact that a white southern jury convicted Frank over the nigger leads me to believe that Frank was guilty. I haven't heard a convincing argument that this jury had some unrelated angst towards Frank that was strong enough for them to be willing to convict him over the criminally inclined nigger.

It doesn't really make sense, did white southern towns hate kikes even more than nignogs? Why would they be willing to let a murdering rapist nigger go free just so they could execute some Jew for no reason?

Guilty as fuck. And I've never seen any evidence to the contrary. Usually we get some spiel about how "experts" think he was innocent, but I've noticed that a lot of the "experts" all have names ending in Baum, Berg, Stein, or Witz so their obvious kike bias makes their opinion fucking irrelevant.

Further, the detective agency Frank hired to "find the real killer" eventually concluded that it was him, even after they had to fire one of their employees for planting evidence.

And the kikes will screech at you endlessly about how he was totally pardoned, ignoring that the State of Georgia issued the pardon with a statement that it's nothing to do with guilt or innocence, but because the state failed to protect him from a lynch mob.

There were 4 Jews in his jury. They all voted him guilty.

Several underage girls also testified at his trial that Frank had behaved improperly towards them.

He outright tried to frame another black man named Newt Lee, and that case fell apart so he had to switch to Jim Conley.

They also try to use the testimony of Alanzo Mann, though they should really know that eyewitness testimony that is given nearly 70 years later is worth about as much as cat shit. He was also struggling financially and wanted a payout for interviews.

So yeah, guilty as charged.

The big takeaway from this story is that in 1915 a group of white men not only determined that a black man in the south did not commit the murder but they FUCKING SMELLED THE SHIRT TO SEE IF IT HAD BEEN SOILED BY LITERAL NIGGER SWEAT.

Another little known fact that was brought up during and after the trial was that Frank basically used the factory as his personal harem so not only is he a murderer, he’s also a pedophile since most of the girls who worked at the factory were underage. He was a disgusting creature who was able to receive justice. There’s no way the tribe can walk back their support of him now as there’s an entire organization who was established due to what happened (ADL). So they have to keep the lie going.
 
There's no fucking way Frank wasn't guilty. The south had never even historically harbored antisemetism in the mainstream minus the klan and even then, the klan cared far more about anti-black racism and anti-catholicism, with two major historical jooish communities existing in Savannah and Charleston too and Southern Jews were mainly sympathetic to the Confederacy with even most Savannah and Charleston Jews being slave owners, so for the ADL to act is if the south was just lynching jews for being jews is flat-out retarded and a blatant lie and just shows they're happy to throw niggers under the bus

After reading this one I really don't think I could have convicted him for murder as an impartial juror.

He wasn't any kind of saint, nobody who exploits child labor can be. He may have even been a sexual predator but he wasn't the murderer. They wanted a convicted outsider that wouldn't inflame tensions in the city if a black or white local was ultimately charged.

It just feels like we are going backwards as a society. I genuinely believe that antisemitism in the US wouldn't have been as prominent if the Jewish community would have simply let the court case alone. By interfering with the verdict, the Jewish community became a target of hostility by being seen as defenders of rapists.
