This only holds weight if you're a Catholic or Orthodox Christian (Trinitarian); otherwise, you're just regurgitating Roman dogma. 1. Jesus's primary criticism of the Pharisees (the Jewyest jews to ever jew) was twofold
A. That they were hypocrites
B. That they made peoples lives unnecessarily difficult, often conflicting the Torah itself, by their own oral rules (AKA, the Talmud. Jesus directly opposed the ideas that would become Talmud, and the concept of the Talmud itself.
2. Peter calls the fact that the gentiles were saved before the Jews a "great mystery." This shows that God specifically chose to allow gentiles (who previously were more or less untouchable) into His kingdom  before the Jews.
3. Modern Judaism was developed in direct action against Christianity. That would be an extremly confusing action to take if they're both jewish mysticism that are mostly the same
4. The Old testament, if you'd bothered to read, is largely dedicated to how awful the Jews were, and how gracious God was for not smiting off the face of the earth (as the old jone goes, the jews technically dont disobey, so God technically doesn't smite them). In the New Testament, much discussion is in reference to particular figures, but not the Jewish people.
5. Paul writes in his letters repeatedly that you do not have to be Jewish, and follow jewish rites, rituals, and laws to be Christian, and tells people demanding that to knock it off. If Christianity and Judaism were more or less the same Jewish tricks, then it would be extremely strange for the self professed Jewest jew Christian to tell other Christians to stop making people follow Jewish law.
