Chris doesn't perpetually shit himself. As far as I can tell (not that I've ever given it any thought) he just "follows through" when he farts sometimes. This is undoubtedly due to his god-awful diet.

Once is an unfortunate accident, but Chris being Chris doesn't seem to learn or have the common sense to attempt to hold his wind.

This will be be locked. But of course he was. He's shy about talking about the bathroom, and his awful diet has led to an unfortunate problem, but that doesn't mean he doesn't know how to use a toilet. Besides, don't you have to be potty trained before being allowed to go to school?
