Look at how terrible this character acting is, the planetary governor is just staring off into space as he talks, no hand gesturing or any natural body language, and his facial expression barely changes as he speaks. He only ever pulls one of his arms out from behind his back to point his pistol, while still keeping the other arm behind his back. I've seen GMOD cartoons that were animated better than this.

I am so glad I never paid money for Warhammer+.

There was a blurb on an old codex about the imperium deciding to take on a craftworld. After losing several fleetsworth of resources and getting nowhere, they made a mandate to just steer clear. Despite this, eldar lore tells of several smaller craftworlds being taken down by sm legions, but not many.
