Got a hold of an indomitus box. Boy GW really straight up lied about "having enough for everyone".

Hopefully, if they massively under estimated how well trained their pay piggies are, and severely under printed this box, they'll try and cool the rage with starting to spoil the 9th edition starter box, which I'm seriously hoping is appealing as I'm considering becoming a part piggie myself.

This is likely going to be the URL that Indomitus is at, based on the UK URL, which survived all of 15 minutes and completely took the site offline.

Also, apparently there's at least one scalper on eBay that got over 100 preorders.

Edit: Also, the site now has DDOS protection enabled, so make sure you pass the captia and login before hand.

It is 8 AM PST and I suspect they're either re-evaluating the release, or it'll be up in 2 hours.

It's gonna be hard riding coat tails of a box like indomitus. Especially considering it is 100% new models.

Well, the theory is, if he fights their trademark claim, they'd be forced to enforce it. On everyone, equally. That means every youtube channel that mentions 40k.
This isn't actually true in most jurisdictions. It is in Germany, where it became a 40k-related issue about the fan made film Damnatus, but in the US and UK, they are free to selectively fight copyright claims, so they could strike Arch and let Alfabusa go. (IANAL though.)
