Let me guess the chudhammers are complaining about the lack of Steel Legion in the trailer
In all fairness from a lore perspective it does feel a little weird that the Armageddon Steel Legion don't appear at all in a video titled Return to Armageddon, which takes place on the titular planet Armageddon. Not hyperbolic "WARHAMMER HAS FALLEN" retardation weird, but still fairly odd.

From a business perspective GW probably didn't want to shell out to model and rig up 3d models for a regiment that they aren't selling any miniatures of. Kriegers and Cadians have both minis and 3d models from past animations (Pariah Nexus, 9e trailer, Kill Team trailer, Tithes, etc) so might as well use them instead.

I think it’s mostly because it’s a cheap trailer with a lot of 3D asset reuse a long time cope is the steel legion redesign as seen in dark tide was revealed too early

I know this is gonna sound like a meme lore question, but apparently is from a book, i Saw an art meme where a space marine grimaldius apparently had to endure bureaucratic work for 9 days and that apparently he had to endure the complains from traders, nobles and unions?

Which makes me question why is there unions on Warhammer 40k? And how do they work? I know is kinda a shit nobody cares about in general lore but honestly this type of niche lore thing is kinda why i like Warhammer 40k.

Even if they had the time and budget for it I doubt GW would be making a trailer with the chuddiest legion out there on full display killing savage hordes

I still think its becasue they dont give money for their animation shit as much, there was a lot of blatant model reuse even the orks were kommandos and Krieg are the go to chud regiment even with how much more blatant Steel Legion are with the designs.

However, Valrak says a new kit is not in the pipeline which fuckin sucks maybe its one of his rare mess ups but they really could have just paint those death korps a different color at the end of the day

No mention of the Praetorian Guard? Then again, in CY+1, these guys would make Leddit explode. Hell, chances are the Vostroyans and the Mordians are a big-nono, especially the latter.
Another regiment that would REALLY make reddit lose their shit would be the Arkan Confederates, an entirely CANON regiment inspired by the Confederated States of America.
