You don't know why they'd give a hoax disease a colorful name? You can find photos of vulvar cancer or ulcerations in which the labia are discolored or cauliflowered to an extent that "it resembles a blue waffle" is sensible to say. It might also accurately describe that prune hispanic women over forty tend to have between their legs (several examples of which appear in this documentary). But (so far as I know) "blue waffle infection" is not a real diagnosis - Plus, those oh-so-popular vaginoplasty abominations are far uglier than any blue waffle pussy you're liable to step over in the street.
