The last month or 2 has been a nightmare for me and I'm zombied out and restless at 4 AM so please excuse any and all incoherence/lack of content at the moment
So, Vtubers as a lets play stream thing have been around since a little before corona, but post corona a strong cancer unleashed. No, not the simps I'm talking about the start of people just throwing money around to get a vtuber thing set up. Like we're talking THOUSANDS, MILLIONS of dollars. I have personal schizo theories about why that happened but I won't go into them.
To put stuff as clear as possible, This thread is for any guides you find on making a mocap autism icon of your own to jam in the corner of your livestream. If I remember right it's actually pretty simple but time consuming, but there's certain fuckery required like how I remember someone I know that's used a 3d model mocap one a few times for the funny has vented about having to like export between several versions of unity and blender to get it working due to stupid fucking shit between program updates and versions.
I'm gonna go collapse after checking some threads, might update OP later if I can find the pre-"vtubers everywhere" shit for the program they use for the 2d one where some guy makes a bunch of avatars out of google images shit, no guarantees cause I don't remember the title and current algorithms are ass.
