I need a goood competitive game. I think league and dota are the only ones ive ever played really. I don't really do FPS or strategy games not smart enough. More looking for something I can dominate at solo and even dominate entire teams through micro or just having better items and more experience. I dont want a team game, I want one where I can actually grief people. I guess that would be a moba but not sure.
 
Update: it ran much better today.

This might be a little autistic, but of all the things Steam is allowing on their store now, apparently Reflect Studio's game "Scrutinized" is having trouble being allowed because one of the random suspects you can investigate is suspected of being a pedophile of some sort, as far as I understand it. I hope it gets cleared up, since I actually really liked Welcome to the Game 1 and 2, even if there were probably some spastic videos uploaded to youtube because of them. Regardless if you're interested in the game or not, it seems like a strange thing for Steam to have a problem with. That said, you can go through people's text messaging history in the game as part of your investigation, so maybe there are details that are a bit too grim. Hopefully it gets worked out, anyway.

How text based was it? It wasn't a game like Rockstar.exe(great game) right? Was it web based, a modern executable, type to input commands to it or did it have mouse support etc?

It looked like old, dark and blocky. it had mouse support and wasnt web based.
it was mostly charts and stuff like that, no fancy graphics, no sims like visuals.


found it... it was some version of gamebiz

Jesus, The Surge 2's difficulty jump between the first and second boss really caught me off guard.

You'll be OK little baby, here's how you attack, how you dodge, don't worry about boo boos I'll heal you, here we go half hour to avoid damage, first boss man telegraphs everything and here you are.

Then suddenly fuck you this guy is in end game armour with a massive claw blade. ha, run away? fuck you he's got flame missiles and a sniper robot, oh you gonna dodge? Suck it up bitch he's gonna combo so quick you'll be out of stamina in the brief half second he's vulnerable.
Fuck you.

It was pretty alarming given how well I got on with the first game!

When ten of the sixteen games you've made are about yourself in some way, you got to wonder, especially if it's about your personal hang-ups . What, you're saying a game about an 11 yr old girl discovering sex doesn't sound absolutely fucking riveting? What about a game based on her going on a series of dates with someone? No? Hmmm.

She ticks off every single box for quirky indie developer, complete with UwU-level Twitter shitposting and ironically liking hentai despite it being weird as shit. I'll never understand that combo.

Riot Games has decides that the League of Legends World Championship will be held this year in China as originally planned, and will also have China host Worlds for next year too:


I wonder what made them come to that decision, while other E-Sports/Gaming events, i.e. EVO, DOTA 2's The International 10, and BlizzCon 2020, have either been cancelled or pushed back to TBA dates. China money too OP, I guess, not to mention Tencent BTW.
