I guess having to give that information is a thing in Texas??? J. Sean has almost the same thing in his affidavit. I just found it really funny that she's whining about being doxed, and then winds up doxing herself in literally the next paragraph.

I dunno about that specifically, but I know someone pointed out Kara Edwards voicing a similar complaint in her affidavit, despite her date of birth and hometown being available on Wikipedia.Did anyone else notice this?

It is all article, tweets, the deposition in written form. The actual pleadings are 30 or so pages. Now I'm not a judge, but if I have to read, or be guided through a motion, I would like the documents to say what is needed and not be bogged down with 500+ pages of garbage. I am sure Chupp feels the same way. If he is as Ty describes, I can imagine him saying "cut the crap" and get to the heart of the matter, which are the 30 or so pages of pleadings. Judges are human and under pressure to clear cases, so 500+ pages of bullshit for what should be a simple matter would be annoying. This isn't a multiple level case of company fraud and money laundering, this is a metoo case and smear campaign against one man.

Question (probably a stupid one): I vaguely remember Ty saying that if an attorney releases a pleading to the public it is no longer considered privileged and is not protected against defamation, am I remembering right? And what could that mean for Jdolf leaking stuff to douchette?
