I'm beginning to expect his Vacay stays are him BTFOing before the stupid hits.John Volney's going on vacay November 25-29
Until now I would have said that even they can't be that buttfuck stupid, but here we are.
You don't think he told MoRonica that they'd get the entire Go Fund Me if they won?
You don't think MoRonica is demanding he get the entire Go Fund Me now that they won?
It's either a gay op of some kind -- "we should get our billable hours for the appeal too!", "can we put the payments to Renfamous as legal fees?", etc -- or it's them trying to justify some attempt to go after the GFM.
When it comes to sad fucks and the cash of those more deserving I'm never surprised at the desperation they have in attempts to take the cash for themselves.Idiots asked Vic about the GFM at the fucking deposition. Pretty sure that tunnel vision is why all those filings were just everything and the kitchen sink.
To be fair it's Thanksgiving weekend. Everyone's probably going to be on vacation.I'm beginning to expect his Vacay stays are him BTFOing before the stupid hits.
True, it is wishful thinking on my part to imagine the only fully competent lawyer here taking one look at the filing and IMMEDIATELY firing off his vacation daysTo be fair it's Thanksgiving weekend. Everyone's probably going to be on vacation.
"Second, we would request permission to file the requisite attorneys’ fees affidavits on November 4, 2019, without attaching the billing invoices (which we would instead introduce at the evidentiary hearing). If this request is allowed, we would file the affidavits, and in lieu of filing the billing invoices, we would serve a copy of the invoices on Plaintiff’s counsel (on November 4, 2019) and provide a courtesy copy to the Court at whatever time the Court directs (for example, on November 4, 2019 or some time before the actual evidentiary hearing). We would then introduce the billing invoices into the record at the evidentiary hearing. "
I'm not a lawyer, but this seems odd.
How does the GoFundMe in any way affect the billable hours Morons lawyers accrued?Because of the go fund me
It's exactly what it looks like. Delicious billable hours. That'll never be paid.I'd object to this. Why the fuck does this fucking half-dead weirdo want to do this weird, convoluted shit?
I'd object to it and add it to the appeal if it's granted because what the fuck even is this fuckery?
look they are very upset about the gofundmeHow does the GoFundMe in any way affect the billable hours Morons lawyers accrued?
Looks like the Führer is wanting to get paid. Asking for a 2 hour hearing.

I'm not sure they're thinking that far ahead. They're trying to delay and create confusion over the deadline for filing an appeal, so that they can run out the clock and then object to any appeal on the grounds of tardiness. Probably. If I'm right then they're being scummy as fuck. The best I can figure is a "delaying tactic", much in the same vein as "subpoena a woman in a coma." Plan a hearing a month out that needs to be heard before the sanction hearing.
This only makes sense if they believe that the second round of lawsuits will be cancelled due to statute of limitations.
Otherwise it doesn't make any damned sense because paying a bill should be a straightforward thing.
This is probably correct as to Lemoine's intentions, he seems like the kind slimeball to go 'oh this is clearly an impermissible interlocutory appeal, we haven't had sanctions yet' and then he'll argue on the other side 'this appeal wasn't within 20 days, its bullshit'I'm not sure they're thinking that far ahead. It would, if the Appeal was too early then you still have the appeal to file later. And he can't argue both sides of the same coin after arguing for one of them.Would you say filing the appeal on the 24th is the correct move regardless? It feels that way to me.
Yes. Absolutely.Would you say filing the appeal on the 24th is the correct move regardless? It feels that way to me.
Or maybe he's running up the bills so he can get that GFM money that he can't justifyActually someone on twitter suggested that they might just not want to give BHBH the invoice because BHBH is going to take one look at it and see that Lemonfurher has been bilking his clients, or tossing stuff in that doesn't apply, and Ty will call him out for that.
That... makes sense, actually.
