Actually someone on twitter suggested that they might just not want to give BHBH the invoice because BHBH is going to take one look at it and see that Lemonfurher has been bilking his clients, or tossing stuff in that doesn't apply, and Ty will call him out for that.

When it comes to sad fucks and the cash of those more deserving I'm never surprised at the desperation they have in attempts to take the cash for themselves.

The best I can figure is a "delaying tactic", much in the same vein as "subpoena a woman in a coma." Plan a hearing a month out that needs to be heard before the sanction hearing.

This only makes sense if they believe that the second round of lawsuits will be cancelled due to statute of limitations.

Otherwise it doesn't make any damned sense because paying a bill should be a straightforward thing.

I'm not sure they're thinking that far ahead. They're trying to delay and create confusion over the deadline for filing an appeal, so that they can run out the clock and then object to any appeal on the grounds of tardiness. Probably. If I'm right then they're being scummy as fuck.

This is probably correct as to Lemoine's intentions, he seems like the kind slimeball to go 'oh this is clearly an impermissible interlocutory appeal, we haven't had sanctions yet' and then he'll argue on the other side 'this appeal wasn't within 20 days, its bullshit'

But please don't forget its also because they are mad about the go fund me

I abused every notion of quick dismissal possible. I will be billing for it. I had depositions done and I will also bill for reasons I pulled from my ass. It would, if the Appeal was too early then you still have the appeal to file later. And he can't argue both sides of the same coin after arguing for one of them.
