I will put money that Ty and company have 60-75% of this already ready to go, much of this is garbage that was hashed out already in moves that were expected.
BHBH will read it over the weekend and then have a reply in a few weeks. No rush unless the judge wants it sooner. Time is on their side.
Also, people are invested in seeing Vic win.
All it would take is for Vic to rally the troops to see this through and that GFM will double. That is the trump card that Vic has in his pocket and one he can use if he needs to but once he does the screeching harpies will rage at him saying "KNEW IT!"

Casey, as a practicing attorney must have some inkling that if he's asking the person deciding his issues to read all of his 530 poorly formatted pages, having a bunch of unrelated stuff crammed in there is going to piss said person off.

Sure, she deserves to be pissed at him. Doesn't mean she has to join forces with people who want to stomp his dead, cold body into the dirt and then piss on it. Her affidavit has nothing to do with the case, anyway. Yes, he was a jerk and cheated. How does this prove that he assault all of these women?
I think she has a right to be pissed at Vic, but she doesn't have the right to destroy his life over it. I also think they know her affidavit proves nothing. They only want to really fucking hurt him and she's in on it.
