Unless everyone outside of KF can also see through her bullshit, IMO there's no way to know that much dirt about her without reading the thread. Can you put directives like "wear an N95" that in your chart if they aren't doctor-agreed? If so I am moving to the USA and saying I require a cat and a lambic beer whenever someone enters the room. That person does know that people with severely contagious diseases are quarantined right? And in those cases healthcare staff take a bunch of decontamination measures before exiting.
It depends on the record system, but generally electronic charts have some place to put notes like that. A patient requesting that everyone wear an n95 is also a warning of what you're getting into when you meet them, so it's not farfetched that it would be notated.
The thing is, it's never "wear extra PPE and in return this patient will behave reasonably." People like this will find something else. It's like the externalized version of munchie Spoon Theory: if you enter in an n95, obviously the mask request wasn't a hassle to you to perform, so now they're owed something else from you that is a hassle. Can you take me out to smoke/buy me something on your lunch break/get the Dilaudid two hours early?
I also strongly doubt a doctor touched open wounds without washing their hands, and possibly without gloves (not sure of the procedure there but I can't see them touching an open wound without gloves). Actually why would they even be touching her wounds unless its to stitch them?
Some older surgeons are unhinged so it's remotely possible, but I suspect this is a munchie recollection of a doctor peeling back a dressing to check out the wound/incision.
