Victor Markhoff / Ana Victoria Markhoff / vvictorman_uel - Powerchair faker pooner, has every illness, allergic to Krebs cycle, bed mayo enjoyer, kicked out of house and mental hospital, constant ebeggar, applesauce heiress paid to yeet her teets

Vicky used the last of her strength and oxygens to keep live-tweeting, thank fucking god. Live-tweeting MG crises during a hospital stay is usually the top priority for anyone with myasthenia gravis or breathing issues.

Just wanted to point out the munchie trend of being in the hospital over a holiday lol
If your sats are in the 80s you aren't sleepwalking anywhere, let alone dragging an oxygen cylinder with you

Lie better Vicky

This has probably been asked before, but question to all the medical professionals in this thread…

When you come across a case like Vicky, is it normal to look up them up online and find information about them? Not in a professional capacity, but just personally, to get a sense of what’s up with them?

I know if I was in that position I couldn’t resist doing a quick websearch to see what kind of web presence they have.
I work in healthcare and if American healthcare is anything like UK healthcare: the whisper network makes five eyes look like amateur hour. As soon as any part of the hive mind susses out that you're a pain in the arse everyone and their mother will know inside of a few days and everything will start taking a lot longer and be a lot less smooth. On the other hand if you're actually properly sick and can still be civil with staff it's incredible how a lot of people using reasonable discretion can move mountains without ever appearing on the books to get you seen to and supported

I find it so funny how she thinks she's stealth and that people around her don't instantly know she's a pooner (or weird looking woman), and that one of the reasons she lists for getting phalloplasty is that it will let her pass when naked. I'm always amazed at how delusional trans people are about how other people perceive them. They think passing means that people don't realize they're trans, not that people see them and recognize that they need to tiptoe around this troon/pooner.

Vicky actually had a referral for bottom surgery (likely phalloplasty) ~6 years ago, but she was bothered about arm scarring and it being an intensive surgery.

She was also scheduled to have a hysterectomy, but it got delayed (or something) and then she never went through with it. Curiously hasn't even spoken about it again in nearly 5 years.

Not having a hysterectomy, plus her mention of IVF if she did, tells me getting pregnant is her final gambit to continue parental funding and medical attention. I don’t think she can continue being a freshman till 35.

Some sucker actually came to the hospital and advocated for Vicky. IMG_1281.webp IMG_1282.webp
She’s going for Addison crisis now? If so, I’m very disappointed, I do NOT want her to let go of her dream of myasthenia gravis because this is so much fun.

Another walking cliché, I gather.

I bet this was her end game, at least partially anyway. She’s weird and annoying and gross but she’s human, and she’s very isolated. Her family’s over her shit, she pushed all her friends away and the people online probably indulge her because she’s returning the favor and indulging their pretenditis, and she’s even been talking about The Apps so she’s craving some type of human interaction. She’s too self absorbed to foster regular friendships, she won’t give anything in return if it doesn’t feed into The Vicky Show, so the best she can hope for is some other attention whore running to the rescue to advocate (see also: obtain online bragging rights for asspat reservations). How grim.

She is becoming so tiresome.

Of course a bunch of her fellow 20-something rich halfwits will actually buy that you can be in the final stages of death and tweeting up a storm.

I can’t find it now, but there was a viral tweet from an ER doc a while back, where he advised fellow docs to not dismiss patient who sought emergency care and who mentioned that they felt an impending sense of doom. He had seen a couple of patients code right after that. The comments were filled with bots other doctors claiming the same thing.

Vicky apparently saw that tweet and is milking it to the max.

There is a symptom (usually of hypoxia) described that way in normal English language medical texts, but of course it's not meant to be earthshattering in isolation, but in the context of other signs and symptoms. Something which is lost on people like Vicki.

Um, chud, she actually has totally serial 95-99 % oxygenation hypoxia. Do better!

"the last time i nearly died i accepted i might die and my fate is up to others but the others are not doing a good job..."

a haiku to sum up this deathbed sentiment as our malingering pooner shuffles off this pink and bloated mortal coil:

as i lay dying
my final wish: can i speak
to your manager?

I know that "impending sense of doom" can at least be a symptom for the early stages of an heart attack, but I imagine it would apply to several medical conditions. Your body knows something is wrong and is alerting your brain, but you can't quite put it together yourself since it's too early on to feel pain = impending sense of doom.

It's also a symptom of... anxiety. :tomgirl:

In normal people absolutely it’s a sign of a heart attack.

For someone like Victoria it’s just a sign that she wants attention. Unfortunately in a malpractice case, the little boy pooner who cried wolf defense doesn’t usually work. Much safer to take her seriously instead of saying “your MyChart says you feel doomed every three months, yet you’re still here. I don’t think you’re doomed”.

I don’t even think it’s a panic attack with her.

It's a classic one for pulmonary embolism and pulmonary edema. Intuitive knowledge you are starting to suffocate/drown. But obviously if someone has one of those, it become evident fairly quickly even if you don't go looking for it. It doesn't take a week thrashing around upward and downward moaning.

And even with panic disorder, most people are eager to learn from a therapist ways to identify they are having a panic attack and not actually dying. Most people would rather be able to say "oh it's that again, I'll do my breathing and take my rescue meds" instead of sitting around an ER for hours and getting poked and prodded and scolded.

Don't people who are seriously ill to the extent they might die usually make peace with death or at least feel profoundly apathetic towards it?

The people I've known who've died from a long illness have either presented themselves stoicly about it or took actions towards the end to lessen their pain i.e. swiften their deaths. There's just no energy left to fight.

I've had a handful of times I thought I might be dying and as I was losing consciousness felt either apathetic or welcoming. I have no idea how common this is and I was mentally unwell so its not really the same .

She is cheapening death, just as she cheapens life.

I started looking into the attitudes to death in the chronically ill and found this abstract stating that a small proportion of chronically ill people might prematurely accept death so not seek help when they could benefit from it. Could never be our Vicky. Another suggests there isn't much difference in attitudes to death between healthy and ill people.

I don't know why I looked, Vicky is not dying and knows she isn't.
