LMFAO you people don't own a jaguar.

We have a car thread and I'm not trying to back seat mod... but I own an XKRS. THEY ARE NOT CHEAP. Pics in other thread.

Aside that I have a TR3a triumph, a 87 firebird 400 swap with oodles of gas, 91 civic with 193WHP swap 2l gsr motor.

The lower XKs are great cars and all but the higher end need such attention and upkeep.
I really wanted a X100 XK8 cabrio facelift but went the BMW route instead :cunningpepe:

Decent move what did you cop? I like BMW I got a killer deal on my Jag. I got a pulley swap and the remap car is absurd. I miss shifting my own gears.
Managed to get a slightly neglected facelift E46 cabrio with a stick for a reasonable price. Though not a V8 like the Jag, the manual makes up for it. I did quell my desire for a V8 with another bimmer boat though, also for very cheap.

E46 are wonderful but even hottest ran the I6 ( probably best i6 ever) and semi autos trash.

My semi auto isn't bad and I really like it till I gotta park just nature of hot spun AJ8. They aren't made to drive alot.

I'll just say I'm a big fan of old Volvo wagons. Big, boxy, reliable and practical.

I also like the KrAZ 255B. Massive, powerful, drinks diesel in liters, looks like a serial murderer, and is basically indestructible. Also it's YaMZ engine running on idle sounds like marching Red Army.

Anyone own an American car? I know my diesel is basically globohomo at this point, and my old CR-V is made mostly in Ohio, but someone has to be really into Fiesta STs and vaping on here right?
>Ford Fiesta
>American car

It's being assembled in Germany, so it's full globohomo with its downsized three-cylinder turbo engine which won't last for 100000 kilometres.
Were Ford Mustangs ever cool or was it always a car for chicks and queers?
Depends on your definition of cool.

I posted earlier, I have had a few Merkia cars over the years currently, my firebird (87) has a built 400 Pontiac, A good strong small block that got a bad rep because some of the cars with it were under cooled.

I have a lot of work into it, it's a 9 second car (albeit high 9s) and I'm getting too old to crawl over door bars but I want to convert it for American Iron racing, with suspension a cam swap and retiring with some brakes it'll be ready to rock. It sounds easier and cheaper than it is, and I've been dreaming about doing that or a 5.3 turbo swap for a while.

Some of my earlier, a 84 Thunderbird with a 514ci

My G8GT was an OZ car but under a merkia brand.

It's a good time to sell your old, or even relatively new car at inflated prices if any of you want to make more than you would have before the market went screwey.

There's no such thing as a "small block" Pontiac.

Okay how about FSO Polonez Caro MR'93 1.6 GLI

1644520080643.png
Pros:
-Looks good
-Super soft suspension
-Simple mechanics
-Fairly easy to repair

Cons:
-Rots away like crazy
-Uses an OHV engine (car from the 90's btw)
-Basically uses the same mechanics as Fiats from the 60's
-Keeps breaking because it's an unreliable piece of shit

Where is the other car thread? Too much EuroTrash talk in here.

The foxbody stangs where the last cool ones in imo. Never thought I would get nostalgic hearing 5.0's with flowmasters but I kinda do now.
I still see foxbody's sometimes at the track but LSx swaps are more common then the ford 5.0 is seems.
