Something about mexican twitch thot's design reminds me of bad yaoi fanart. I get the distinct impression her creator drew a lot of that at one point. She just... looks like a skinny dude in a party city wig.

And here I thought Keaton was voted most likely to win an Active Shooter award.
She has one of the worst designs solely because of her flat lack of detail and poor anatomy. Art cohesion is a huge problem here regardless because "Everyone is just SOOOOO talented uwu!" But Ashlie doesn't fit in with anyone else. She looks like she was drawn by a child. The color palette is so bland because her hair practically melts into her shirt. The only thing keeping her from looking like she has a hoodie is the fact that she has a tank top on.
I was also astounded she isn't a tranny.

None of them fit together in the least, but Ashlie definitely sticks out the worst. I actually kinda like the style I think the artist is going for, but it wouldn't fit in with the rest of the characters even if it were done well. And it isn't done well, which is why she looks like she's made of cardboard. I also think her shirt looks like it's got a different light source than the rest of her body, but maybe I'm being nitpicky.

Instead of terrible memes why not post game updates? Sure it's just a VN. But even a few new screens of dialog would make you look productive. It's pretty sad when YanDev has you beat.

I didn't notice that before but you're absolutely right, it does. A lot of social justice types actually draw/are obsessed with yaoi for some reason (but in a woke way of course) so you could actually be right.
Also those same fujoshi-in-denial tend to really dislike feminine female characters, which might explain a few things about her design.

The fish reminds me of Suketoudara from Puyo Puyo. I think he's based on some kind of youkai. I don't know if Dani is that weebish or if it's a coincedence. But it's super freaky looking and I don't like it.
Is it supposed to be Ashlie? Why not use Yolanda? You know, 'cause she likes fish.
