It's a bunch of tranny flags fucking inside a Pokeball. Also, I guess if you squint really hard, you can kind of make out a V (the blue arrow), a D (the upper/right half of the circles) and maybe an upside-down 8 (with the overlapping outer circles). But I'm probably being optimistic.
