What goalposts have been moved? Congress ordered them to release certain files. They pick and choose nothing burgers that won't cause any problems, and hold back the juicy files, and break the law in order to make sure they don't get released. Not to mention the hand picked files they DID release were redacted to the point of uselessness, against congressional direction.
