ICE normally doesn't do door to door raids or traffic stops like they are now. This is something unique to trumps second admin. Before ICE would work directly with local law enforcement and conduct arrests that way or stop vehicles at state crossing lines in high traffic areas. Like the Texas and New Mexico border. Not sending 3000 agents to a city in the Midwest to stand around all day.
