I mean, she was running a sex trafficking operation out of her apartment and both the apartment the op was run out of as well as the phone numbers used for the op were registered in my ex-girlfriend's real name. That would necessitate her having to fake her death in order to cover all tracks.
Yes, I 100% believe that my ex-girlfriend faked her death. There is a slim possibility that she was murdered and someone has gone to elaborate lengths to make me think that she (someone I never publicly talked about before last year) faked her death. However, there is plenty evidence to suggest that her death was not unexpected as I explain in the link above.
As for mom....
I talked to Kelly's mother in May 2024. At the time, cause of death was not yet determined and wouldn't be known for a number of months. She said I could call back later to inquire about the cause of death. When I tried calling back, a man picked up the phone and told me never to called there again. Kelly's mother is a widow so I don't know who that guy was or how he knew who I was.

Now, intent is a factor in these cases but you would have a hard time convincing anyone that the intent was humor. Clearly, the intent was to intimidate me into not exercising my 1st Amendment rights which makes it a legal threat. Maybe you could try explaining to the judge that you didn't know what a eulogy was.
Now, I'm not gay enough to go through the trouble of pressing charges or anything but FYI, what you said DOES meet the legal requirements of a threat.
