Hmm immortal God emperor Vance. We get mass surveillance but no hobos or immigrants and California burns. I'd have to look at some of his fiscal policies and stance on other constitutional rights but I think it's an acceptable compromise.

He's not wrong about abortion bills being wildly unpopular when they go too far. You need only look at the Ohio results where a Trump +10 state struck down the abortion bill by 20 points. Refusing to account for the 3 big exceptions is utterly insane and guaranteed to provoke political backlash.
That being said none of this has anything to do with federal leadership because passing a federal abortion ban would be difficult IF the GOP had a supermajority, without one it's next to impossible. Even if Trump affirmatively cosigned everything in project 2025 it would still be scaremongering because all that policy would still have to pass filibuster. There's no realistic way the GOP gets more than 55 seats this election even if they win all the swing state senate races.

They basically want what China is. A one party state where they are in charge and throw anyone they deem "bigots" into prison for "wrong think". These people think they are on the "right side of history" and the only reason why the world isn't a progressive utopia is because of right wing bigots holding everyone back. I've seen these people straight up cope that the reason progressives have such poor mental health was because of people being racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, etc. Aka people who disagree with them.

For all that is said about how betting odds are more or less accurate than polls, the fact that they swing heavily on any poll that is released with no nuance on details or how it opposes every other poll released should prove that betting markets are just an extension of polling.

Your biggest worry is that big bad orange man will get elected and do something evil because he's just a pure evil person. The cost of food, rent, utilities and gas means nothing to you
Your next biggest worry is the right to kill your unborn child at whim and without any social sacntion or stigma.
So the average Dem is a rich, white woman who is economically secure because her husband has a job in either government, tech, finance or academia so he will never lose it as long as he says the right things to the right people.
They hate Trump because of the massive amounts of MSNBC and The View they consume while killing the day and a few bottles of wine and wants to make sure their daughter can abort the child Tyrone pumped into her at college because she grew up watching her mom fetishize black men so the first thing mini-mom does once she leaves home is run out and hook up with a gang-banger to show how much like mom she is.
They're the upper middle class wine mom 100% and they are the FUCKING SCOURGE of Humanity.

Keep an eye on counties like Essex, NJ in the coming days. A lot of fuckery happens in there, Mercer (where Trenton is), and Camden. Each state has its own Essex, look at Maricopa, Fulton, and now Buck/Lancaster.

Conservatives are fucking doomed by nature of their ideology. If your philosophy is just do what the people who hate you wanted 10 years ago, then you may as well get it over with and die because your ideology is worthless.
I'm pretty convinced there is some intentional manipulation at play. People have found accounts with no history pumping in obscene amounts of money in a coordinated fashion. Over the long term, betting markets should be able to easily handle this. But they are attempting to manipulate it right at the end so the markets do not have time to correct.
