And that's why the thread careens off-topic so easily. It's not really about Biden so much as it is about his administration and general American politics.

Thankfully, all three subjects are lolcows in their own right, and all three are comparable in how decrepit they are.

Well then, never been on the side our glorious leader has been shitting on, and can’t say I’m overly a fan. Tbh, I found the subtitle they temporarily added to this one be the part most worthy of mockery, but that’s probably just me. Can’t say I agree we shouldn’t be here, though I will agree we’re all pretty gay for paying this much attention to politics.

Speaking of... what’s the bet? Does Russia or China start shit first, or does it all fizzle out? Taiwan seems far better defended than Ukraine, but China also buys their own hype too much, so it could be them. Russia could probably deal with Ukraine fine, but it WOULD be a massive shitshow that just might not be worth it.

Or, of course, this could all be shadow puppets on the wall for us drooling mouth breathers, staring at the kayfabe whilst government continues to constrict us to death. Who knows!

yeah iirc top military intelligence analysis experts (of the Sped Stalking Society) read China/Taiwan as "mainland's prospects of invasion aren't good, but they get worse by the day, and within ten years become literally impossible without glassing the island"

My bet: US puts troops in Ukrain first. China follows up with an attempted blockade of Taiwan shortly afterwards, operating on the assumption that the US can no longer fight a two-front war, while completely neglecting the fact that one front is entirely on land and the other is entirely on water. US fucks itself over in Ukraine, redeems itself in the taiwan straight. Biden's chief of staff quietly resigns amidst the fallout and the democrats manage to stem their losses in the midterms, but only enough to stop it being an utter rout. The house goes to the republicans. The senate remains stalemated. Kamala starts trying to vote in non-tied senate votes, regardless of her constitutional rights and duties, and then gets asshurt when she's told to sit down. Biden shits himself.

The closure of the thread wasn't the problem. The problem was that, combined with a shitty explanation combined with playing muh seekrit cabal and refusing to offer an explanation that would have defused everything immediately.
