No, because Hawaii represents the end state of election rigging, namely show elections. No one bothers to show up to vote because the outcomes have been 90% determined already. Not that there's any place to show up. We've gone all mail-in permanently. Oddly, there seems to be correlation between super-blue states and going to primarily mail-in voting.
