If Trump can prove Biden didn't issue the pardons then the pardons are as good as a forgery. But as far as Fauci knows, the pardons are legit, right? Then why is he protecting himself against self incrimination he is immune from, IIRC if you are pardoned then the 5th doesn't apply to you because you are unable to incriminate yourself.
Pardoning/immunizing someone from the consequences of their testimony to force them to testify works but it probably has to be in court, I doubt a congressional hearing has the same ability to apply pressure, I've only ever heard perjury brought up as a potential charge for hearings like this. The typical charge is contempt of court and he's not in front of a court, or obstruction of justice but congress isn't law enforcement or a judge. You'd have to bring charges against people he worked with who weren't pardoned and force him to testify against them

Trump threatening to (attempt to) revoke his pardon is probably all a DC judge would need to toss any charges though, Trump would have to pardon him again himself

Man imagine being in a meeting with some LGBT latinx mutt that has a visceral hatred for you, some random whitey that is trying their best to materially improve your standing in society. But instead of being thankful for an 'ally', they constantly accuse you of racism lol. Id chud out so quick.
Scorpion and the frog. All I need to say here. If you can't see the humor, there's something wrong with you.

Senior Israeli diplomatic source: Netanyahu told Trump he wants to phase out all U.S. military aid within a decade
From the source speaking to Israeli reporters: "Netanyahu spoke with Trump, Vice President Vance and Witkoff, and told them that he is serious about bringing the MOU down to zero. They receive criticism from Republicans who are anti-Israel, and we told them that we will lead this effort. This is our direction: to achieve defense self-sufficiency, and we are convinced we can do this within ten years.
We are capable of sustaining an independent defense economy to the greatest extent possible and not be dependent on the goodwill of Congress. Our economy can support this. We want to move from aid to partnership and reach a point where the annual $3.6 billion in U.S. assistance is reduced to zero. We will have neither financial aid nor military aid. This is my vision. We want to achieve independence in aircraft as well."

Like I've been saying for years

Apart from Moreno and a little bit by Rand Paul, I was actually surprised at how reasonable the majority’s questions were.

I don’t think there is some NWO conspiracy to poison the world here with the shot or the bat flu, just seemingly the covering up of an internal government empire under Fauci’s flippant command
I think it's was just the crossroads of rushed response, corporate greed and boomer selfishness.

Government wanted to DO SOMETHING and so they had to DO SOMETHING FAST or else they'd be accused of DOING NOTHING!

Big Pharma wanted to be the first on the scene with those sweet sweet government contract buzz and so rushed out early prototypes instead of just fucking making a more classic viral vaccine.

Corporate and government oldheads knew damn well that younger generations were pretty much fine from COVID and knew damn well that the vaccine disproportionately caused heart problems in young healthy adults but they did their hardest to make sure everyone took risks so the boomers didn't have to.

He's old hat at killing people, look at all the queers that call him a mass murderer for his actions during the aids/grids shit in the 80s
I'm not defending Fauci, but the gays have no one to blame but themselves.

All they had to do to not die from AIDS/GRIDS was not run around getting fucked in the ass by other fags, yet that was a bridge too far so they blame everyone else for not inventing PrEP faster.

God forbid anyone recommend to the gays that they stop having rabid gay sex at every opportunity.

Fauci is a guy who genuinely scares me a little bit, the guy is stunningly psychopathic and devoid of any humanity whatsoever.

He doesn't feel anything or care even one tiny bit for all the death, chaos, and destruction he caused.

In fact he seems bored by it.
I mean, this is the same guy who strapped multiple beagles down and put their heads into a chamber with sand flies where their faces were slowly eaten off for kicks research.
The man's an absolute monster.

Has anything of substance ever happened in one of these pointless hearings whey they bring in the witnesses and all the reps from one side suck their dicks and give them softballs while all the reps from the other side pretend to ask them questions (they know there will be no answer) and use the "questions" to grandstand about all the stuff they did? Like why do we even do these? It's just a waste of everyone's fucking time. How many times have we had Fauci in this exact scenario, lying out his ass to Rand Paul or whatever, and nothing fucking happens to him?

But you can assert that the pardon was never valid because Biden never signed it.

The only pardon Biden actually signed was Hunter's. Every other one was signed with an autopen controlled by staffers.
Presidents can delegate. Everyone fantasizing the autopen means Biden directives are invalid is going to be disappointed. The President is vested with all executive authority, he can delegate this authority, and Congress alone can determine he us unable to do this via the 25th. Since Congress chose not to exercise the 25th, Biden's delegation of his pardon power to whomever controlled the autopen is unlikely to be struck down.

Congress can hold people in contempt or refer people to the DOJ for prosecution, but they rarely do as that's actual work.

Kamala on the radar again, endorsing somebody in Florida

‘Ready to deliver’: Kamala Harris endorses ‘patriot’ James Martin in race to flip CD 21

Martin, a Coast Guard veteran, previously advised the White House on defense and homeland security issues.
It’s one of the strongest endorsements a Democratic candidate on any stage can secure, and James Martin just got it.

Kamala Harris is backing Martin in his bid for Florida’s 21st Congressional District, his campaign announced in a press note that included a statement from the former Vice President.

“James is a patriot, a distinguished Coast Guard veteran, and a fighter for the people of Florida’s Treasure Coast. At the White House, he showed strong judgment and a devotion to our country. He is focused on making life better for working people, and he will be ready to deliver on Day One,” Harris said.

“I am proud to endorse James Martin for Congress.”

Martin served as Chief of Staff for National Security Affairs and Executive Secretary of the Office of the Vice President during the Joe Biden-Harris administration, providing high-level counsel on defense and homeland security issues to the White House.

He said he is “honored” by Harris’ support, adding that his goal in running to supplant Republican U.S. Rep. Brian Mast is “to bring real leadership to the Treasure Coast and this great country.”

“For nearly four years, I had a front-row seat as she fought for the American people — asking hard questions and always looking out for the ‘little guy’ in policy discussions,” he said. “I’m running to bring that same leadership to the halls of Congress.”

A Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve, Martin, 33, spent nearly a decade on active duty commanding two cutters in Fort Pierce and leading operations against drug trafficking, human smuggling and transnational criminal networks.

Over his career, his campaign said, his Coast Guard teams seized more than 200 tons of narcotics worth $3.5 billion and brought hundreds of traffickers to justice.

He also served as second-in-command of a Coast Guard cutter deployed to Bahrain.

The nod from Harris adds to others Martin notched from Veterans for Responsible Leadership, the Democratic Hispanic Caucus of Florida, the Democratic Environmental Caucus of Florida, state Rep. Debra Tendrich, Palm Beach County Tax Collector Anne Gannon and numerous local elected leaders.

Martin is competing in a Democratic Primary against paramedic Bernard Taylor. No-party candidate Alexander Cooke and write-in candidate David Fabrikant are also running.

CD 21 is a coastal district stretching from Royal Palm Beach in Palm Beach County north through Martin and St. Lucie counties.

About 57.5% of voters in the district, whose bounds were changed under a new congressional map Gov. Ron DeSantis and the GOP-dominated Legislature pushed through in April, voted for President Donald Trump in 2024.

Mast won re-election last cycle with nearly 62% of the vote.

The Primary is Aug. 18, followed by the General Election on Nov. 3.

Pretty sure pardons are not something you should delegate. You can, but just because you can doesn't mean you should. It puts the legitimacy of them on shaky ground like what we're seeing with Fauci and the rest of the autopen pardons. It strains credulity to the public too. Hunter's is the only one no one will contest because Biden hand-signed it.

You're telling me this nigger was too lazy to hand sign a pardon for the covid architect that defined his presidency?

But we are not sure Biden even gave the order to issue the pardons. There was a whole batch of pardons issued in his last moments in office, he is a very slow and not all there mentally and everything is handled by autopen. I think Trump's team found enough evidence that a group of rogue aids did it alone, they just want Biden to die first so he can't muddy things up by retroactively greenlighting it.

Reminder that Hillary literally deleted evidence ahead of an investigation and received precisely zero repercussions.
She did. Nothing did happen. She is also Hilldawg. Fauci is not that level of Teflon. He can skate by possibily. But people still hate him. I remember him. Everyone who had their youth taken does.
