Reading through the SCotUS Order List that was released today and it is legit mindboggling some of the shit that gets pushed all the way up to the SC because of how useless and the lower courts are. Today they had SCYPHERS, DOUGLAS D. V. WASHINGTON show up on the docket. Douglas Scyphers was a man that was arrested in 2014 for raping his daughter and producing CP from the time she was 9 to 18. In 2014 while out on bail Scyphers became homeless and wandered to Arizona. Scyphers was tagged with a $200 criminal filing fee for the ammended charges. He sued the state of Washington claiming that the filling fee was undue hardship for someone who is indigint and demanding that the charges related to systemic rape of his daughter and production of CSAM be dropped.

Somehow this case made it all the way to the SC before it was slapped down today. This is the kind of bullshit that is filling our court system and eating up the time of the SC justices who have actual real cases to argue. Instead they had to waste 15 minutes denying this appeal on the bench and who knows how many hours of time for the Justice's staffs having to read through the cases material to present to the Justices. There are so many cases like this. One woman who has multiple cases before the SC because she is a NY communist who was running for office and lost the Democratic nomination and brought cases against the nominee and members of the party. A woman who had a psychotic episode because of "gluten" and is suing the University of Pennsylvania Hospital for giving her anti-psychotics since she was non compos mentis and violent with the hospital staff. Just endless streams of complete bullshit clogging up the court system because the lower courts won't actually do their job and dismiss frivolous garbage since they are too busy trying to legislate from the bench.
