X Prime, of Kiwi Farms since 2019, would be a good replacement, but.. We'll see if the GOP just replaces him like the DDR/DPRK/Democrat USA party does like Laughtner and biden as party members.. Or the old KPSS did in the days.

I don't know the specifics, but yes, it's a thing and yes, it's still on the books. It's just the communists moved very slowly post 1972 to infiltrate and corrupt the systems to the point that they never triggered it. Slow boil, frogs, etc etc.

I'm absolutely certain the cucked supremes would vote against it if it got to them. The 3 marxist judges would vote party line like they always do (they really do need to be removed), whereas Barrett would probably vote with them, and Roberts absolutely would if he could swing it to 5-4. Remember, "it's congress's job to fix it" only applies when Trump wants to do something, when Trump wants others to NOT do something that doesn't apply.

But I imagine if they waited long enough, like say a few weeks before the ballots are printed, then get a friendly judge to declare a nationwide injunction just like how the left has been doing even after the SCOTUS said "no nationwide injunctions" you could probably arrange it such that the ballots would have to be printed without the left's communists on the ballot.
