Being serious for a moment. This is different than market speculation. The immigrants(read: illegals) aren't here on green cards or work visas. These are TPS niggers who are going to, as it's been decided, have their TPS status revoked. They will, by the letter of the law, not be eligible for US work authorization. These employers are being reminded of that and are being instructed to fire them preemptively or continue at their own peril. Because once that status is revoked they're on a hard timer to leave the country or be forcibly removed. So either fire them now and start hiring Americans to fill the gaps or try to run out the clock and have to fill the roles and pay a fine once ICE comes to toss them out.

If the companies do not terminate the employment of those who's TPS has been revoked, then can't the government go after those companies for employing illegal aliens? It seems to me that would be a pretty open & shut case. Once the company has received notification their formerly TPS workers are no longer authorized for work, if the company continues to employ them, then the company is in plainly knowingly violating employment law.
