My view is that if there is actual proven evidence they were a net positive to society, then they get a "lesser green card" (basically forces their bosses to pay the government taxes and still punishes whoever employed them previously with prison) but it means they can't taken adventage by capital which seeks to use them as slaves because US labor is "so expenseive", but can NEVER become US citizens, never get a US passport, never get a green card (ok maybe if they decide to join our military an exception just for the green card can be made but I am serious about the no citizenship no voting crap) same with their anchor babies. And I am talking DECADES of evidence, not 3 years where they picked up trash between drug runs, not shitty NGOs where they do nothing all day but talk about how shitty America is. I mean, they came over, stayed, and were a net positive to society. Audit everything: their social media, their friends, their employment, etc, and make it so the fraud that the Somalis do can't "count".

People really have forgotten how much internal party drama happened when the Tea Party emerged.
