Not many, to be honest. Southern Baptists and Catholics make up the largest sects that still have steady church attendance, and those are largely compromised in a lot of ways by being obsessed with worldly affairs. Nearly all of the long-standing traditional Protestant denominations were infiltrated and compromised by the radical left starting in the 1960s, and are basically just secular leftist propaganda organizations with a Christian mask. And the less said about "prosperity gospel" charlatans--for whom the 80s televangelists set the template--the better.

all the churches around me (the mountain south) that have good turnout are basically non-denominational that generally teach the traditional teachings. affiliations with national and international denominations have really fell to the wayside with all the scandals.
I've been a Southern Baptist my entire life, always a ton of the churches around and like with a lot of things if you look around it's easy to find a good church to attend, but a few of them have fallen to the prosperity gospel framework.
