Henry Ford brought over Arab immigrants to work in his factories which led to the current amount of Arabs and Muslims there. Somehow this is the Jew's fault.

Blaming Henry Ford is too much though I can see why he could be a reason, considering that it is reported that Ford counted 555 “Syrian” workers (approximately 1.5 percent of the company’s 40,000 employees) by 1916. As far as Hamtramck goes though, old articles state that the Yemenis started arriving in the 1960s and 1970s meanwhile the Bengalis began coming to the city in large numbers by the 1990s.

History shows us that once you start letting in a handful of immigrants from a particular culture or people, they tend to bring in a lot more due to chain migration and support networks being set up which is what happened in America's "first Muslim-majority" town:

Ford had Yemeni sailors working for him as far back as the 1910s according to arab americans in michigan by rosina j. hassoun

regardless it's obviously ford's importing arabs that caused this situation

Henry Ford apparently never commented on Islam at all but his views on Jews wasn't that entirely too uncommon in the United States during his lifetime. While he had immigrant workers, he fiercely insisted that they undergo Americanization by learning English, abandon their original culture. Refusal would result in being laid off.

For those that graduated from the Americanization program, they were made to participate in a ceremony involving a stage shaped like a literal melting pot:

About 10k American workers came to the Ford factory outside Nizhny Novgorod and had their passports taken from them. They were not allowed to leave the Soviet Union. Nearly all of them died.

and it's all unknown today. the soviet "industrial miracle" was almost entirely because the USSR bought whole factories from the US. the famous Stalingrad tractory factory was designed, built and constructed by international harvester (Then called McCormick-deering).
