Once the age demographic gets that bad no one's going to be worried about such things like that, we will have a slew of problems that can't be solved and will compound endlessly as the demographics get worse, simply because they got worse before, birthrate collapse actually can and will cause a further and worsening birthrate collapse.

Eventually they will be forced to draft people to do specific critical jobs, among other necessary but brutal actions, once people accept such a low birthrate and such a high elder population is a big problem, they will reluctantly, but absolutely enact a mandatory birthrate increase, likely with some sort of randomized drafting to eligible women, this will go over incredibly fucking poorly, Romania tried something in that ballpark and it didn't go well, but this is just the far off future, well not for South Korea, this is their next 20 years.

The 20th has been a black majority district for over 80 years and the local niggers are not too pleased to have a major uni-party shill take over the seat.
