It generally requires about 5-6 cu. ft. of space, and even a shitty apartment freezer can handle that:

Buying a quarter-beef is trivial and cheap. "Hey neighbor, wanna go halfsies with me on a hundred pounds of meat? It'll cost you about $500 and we can have it cut and butchered any way we like." I live in the fucking desert now but I can still do it. Farmers operate web sites to take orders. Or you can do it by phone. Pick what you want, pay a deposit, pay the rest once it's ready, show up with a car with a couple coolers in it, load it up, and go home. Then split it up with your neighbors and eat like a king for a year, especially since you said you don't eat meat every day anyway. That won't even fill the above freezer. And it's not like the farmers who provide this service have never done it before. They know what to do, what to recommend and which butcher/processor to use. Just go in on it together with a neighbor who likes meat.

How are you this confidently stupid? The US doesn't upkeep Israeli planes because Israel buys the planes from the US and completely rebuilds it from the frame up while adding their own modifications. Even with the F35 restrictions the Israelis are still able to install custom avionics and their own software. They submit their mods to the US and sometimes they get integrated into the F35A. A US mechanic wouldn't recognize an Israeli fighter jet beyond the basics once the modifications are done.

I just expanded on my concept of the American Empire in a previous post, but to address some of the points you brought up. It is happening, we are halfway into it. All the the deal making he made with the OPEC countries last year, the Gaza situation where Trump said Israel will never have the strip(the Jewspergs will never address this), and I even believe the Iranian conflict is all about us pulling out of the area. Why Trump is shaming Europe into coming to the straight is because it's critical to them where it isn't to us. It's all about passing the torch to the countries that will continue to rely on the oil coming through the Straight.
We don't need Middle East oil anymore, or at least very soon if we continue our trajectory. I was amazed at our output when I looked it up a week or so ago. We, and especially if we control and can revitalize our refinery infrastructure to accommodate Canada and Venezuela types of oil, have the potential to be an energy powerhouse in the world. It's been amazingly eye opening seeing how I've paid at most $1 more at the pump(it has gotten over $4 on average in my region, but because of Costco I've never payed more than $3.97) and China and South Asia are fucking DYING. Becoming energy independent, Drill Baby Drill, is really a crucial part of Trump's policy that no one appreciates. So many of our problems go away when we don't rely on the Middle East for our Energy.

You don't need a "meat freezer." Any freezer is fine. An apartment fridge/freezer combo (included with practically every apartment and present in literally every fucking home in the US in some fashion) can hold a quarter-beef (100+ pounds of beef).
You don't need "high quality knives." Beef is routinely sold pre-cut (this is what "butchers" are for), even when purchased in bulk. You get the cuts you ask for, and there are many options.
Farmers can butcher and sell beef themselves and/or sell it via local markets and stores. They do this routinely. You can buy meat produced by a local farmer, butchered by a local butcher (or by the farmer if so equipped) from a local grocery store. Search for "butcher" in your mapping tool of choice; that's usually what they're called even when they sell other groceries too if they sell beef from local producers. There's likely no shortage of qualified butchers operating locally near you because most of the major grocery chains have either gone tits-up or chosen not to do their meat cutting locally (lookin' at you, Walmart) and people still want fresh meat.
If you're literally in a state where beef isn't raised locally, I don't know how to put it gently, but you kinda do want some rather strict/fierce regulation on how meat gets to you since it's going to potentially travel hundreds of miles to reach you, and that's going to make things more expensive.
