This happens every time because of the nature of Google Trends. Trends is a statistical tool meant to roughly aggregate searches. The 1-100 scale is to show the searches power. When you select a low power search term in a small country, false positives happen.

This is also randomized by search session. For example, in my initial search session I do this:
