This has been a massive pet peave of mine. I have no beef with the deaf community that I am aware of, but officers of Republic must be afforded some honor and respect. I cannot think of anything more disrespectful than having some spastic negress make gang signs, taking up 1/6th kf live video feed, for 1.5 percent of the population.

It's not 1/6th. You're just think of the ASL video feed itself, but HALF of the screen is taken up by overlay to accommodate for it, the main video shrunken in size. It's immensely annoying, especially when live subtitles exist.
