In a video posted on TikTok by a woman identified as Morgan, she said, "James Talarico (who is a Democrat trying to run for one of Texas's seat in the Senate) told me that he signed up to run against a mediocre Black man, not a formidable and intelligent black woman."

Apparently it's Jasmine Crockett herself, I don't get where such a comment comes from personally but maybe in the Democrat world she's a sophisticated political operative when not using her private school education to sound like she came out of a ghetto to pander to Black supremacists in her congressional district.

the FCC is structured EXCLUSIVELY around receiving complaints (regarding content)

I have personally gotten training for radio stressing this concept and I have been turned down by Ivan Stang for japanese language contributions to Hour Of Slack after he explained they got into some real shit once because somebody pranked them about some viet content so he doesn't go out on that limb anymore

I thought it was related to his NYC realestate buisness. Something about over charging for property, but none of his buyers complained because that was the norm in NYC and they had to basically assure everyone that Trump's conviction on this was a one time thing.

That case was the Letisha James-led case of real estate fraud alleging he reported inflated values for the properties he used as collateral for loans, even thought the banks had no issue with the evaluations and said they matched their individual appraisals and they continued to do business with Trump after those loans were repaid.

Basically, it was a complete farce, a District Attorney deciding to make a crime out of whole cloth where the alleged victims even told her they had no issue with any aspect of the dealings and there was no fraud in actual fact.
