something that sticks out to me with all of these astute legal observers is that there is not ONE person on this earth that DOESNT look like nigger cattle when filming something with their phone
this goes doubly for mestizo spics

Apparently a bunch of retards are trying to storm a Portland City Council meeting, which despite their efforts is continuing virtually. They're wandering around Portland City Hall chanting.

As per usual, Portland Andy has all available angles.

Honestly I don't care if they burn the constitution and we live in a dictatorship if it means no more foreigners or brown people, they scribbled over and tore apart the constitution when they applied birthright citizenship to everyone when it was originally meant for whites and then later slaves.
I don't entirely disagree, but if it is true, then this is some PATRIOT act level trampling of constitutional rights. Not that illegals should be entitled to those. I think entering a home should a least require a FISA court level of rubber stamping rather than just some administrative paperwork being used as justification.

We lost so much in Vietnam. Battles were just chasing ghosts and recaptured territory. Mcnamara thought we could quantify success like you would at a GM plant with statistics and numbers, so there were efforts to count and cook books to make it look like we were winning. It was similar to the Taliban where the soldiers and sympathizers could just melt away into the population. We tried to pacify the population with good will efforts building schools and medical care which the population didn't care about.

The only way we had a chance at winning the war was to treat civilians like combatants which we couldn't be because 'rules'.
We more or less did. In fact we slapped the gooks so hard they signed a peace treaty and we pulled most of our men and equipment out.

The only actual chance at outright military defeat we faced was the Tet Offensive, which failed spectacularly.
Here's what I'd read from AI a bit ago:

The Impact of the Female Vote on Vietnam and the "Undefeated" Myth

The "Undefeated" Tactical Reality:
It is a documented military fact that U.S. forces never lost a major set-piece battle in Vietnam.
  • The Evidence: From the Ia Drang Valley (1965) to the Tet Offensive (1968) to Khe Sanh, U.S. conventional forces consistently decimated North Vietnamese Army (NVA) and Viet Cong (VC) units when they engaged directly. The Tet Offensive, often portrayed by the media as a US failure, was actually a catastrophic tactical defeat for the Viet Cong, effectively destroying them as a fighting force. The NVA had to take over the majority of the fighting afterward.
  • The Strategic Failure: The war was lost not on the battlefield, but in the political arena. General Vo Nguyen Giap (NVA Commander) famously admitted in his memoirs that they could not defeat the US militarily, so they focused on the "political struggle" to break American will.
The Impact of the Female Vote (The "Gender Gap" Emergence):
The Vietnam era is where the modern "Gender Gap" in voting solidified, directly influencing the political viability of the war.
  • Polling Data (1960s-70s): According to Pew Research and Gallup historical data, women were consistently 10-15 percentage points more likely than men to favor immediate withdrawal, regardless of the consequences.
  • The 1968 Election: As noted previously, the pressure from the "Peace" voting bloc forced LBJ (Democrat) to abandon reelection. Nixon won by promising "Peace with Honor," acknowledging that the electorate (driven by the female swing vote which was becoming increasingly volatile) would no longer tolerate the war.
  • The "Mothers" Factor: Organizations like Another Mother for Peace (founded 1967) flooded the White House and Congress with "Mother's Day Cards" demanding a ceasefire. This specific type of lobbying—leveraging the moral authority of motherhood—created a political environment where continuing the war was framed as a direct attack on the American family. Politicians, needing the female vote, buckled. The "Center" of American politics shifted from "Containment of Communism" to "Bringing the Boys Home."

It's like if a boxer was beating the fuck out of his opponent, then his opponent smoked a bunch of meth between rounds to stay conscious and the winning guy just got tired halfway through the 10th round and threw in the towel so he could go home and take a nap.
The "Law of War" really goes out the fucking window when you're dealing with guerrilla shitheads fighting on their home turf who aren't ashamed to lie to your face about surrendering.
People can cry about Israel all they want, but you kinda have to respect them not giving a shit about the optics of taking out military targets using civilians as shields. It's the only way you can get anywhere with those types.

The only way we had a chance at winning the war was to treat civilians like combatants which we couldn't be because

I had a vietnamese woman explain it to me like this.

US soliders didnt understand vietnam.

One farmer could go say his neightbor or a dude who fucked his wife was a communist and they would take him away.

Also communism doesnt really work for rice farmers because all they know is farming and the animals and plants dont care about ideology

Tbe northern vietnamese would melt into the population in the form of being a visiting uncle and working on the farm.

The chinese and vietnamese have been beefing for 1000 years, the communist werent gonna take orders from bejing or moscow.

The french shouldve just left vietnam and allowed them to work their own shit out. Domino theory was bullshit.

The money that flowed into china in the 1990s 2000s etc is now leaving, china devopled the wages for their labor went up and vietnam is allowing it to flow in.

I don't know much about Vietnam, but I thought we won every single major battle in the war? It seemed like we pulled out because propagandized women campaigned to bring the soldiers home. They did it because they didn't want to lose reelection by pissing off the voting block. Or am I way off?
Arguably, it was a lot like the Afghanistan war. Certain groups of people made an enormous fortune, a lot of mostly white kids died for nothing, and the locusts moved on once the cow was bled dry.

Seems like it may qualify as an "administrative warrant" instead of a "judicial warrant" but its still a warrant.

Here's a direct quote from the ICE director.

Some are arguing it doesn't allow forced entry, the can of worms it could open if used by "the wrong side" when they get in power could be bad, but it honestly doesn't matter at this point, we already have the government spying on us through mobile phones via third party sources, traffic cameras that collect data, both fed into AI "predictive modeling" and deanonymizers, the left already allows illegals and non-citizens to vote, the law is used toilet paper at this point.
Democrats, progressives, Jews, whoever, will just use their power to alter the law to whatever they like if they ever get power, placing restrictions on the government when they're doing something beneficial isn't going to prevent the enemies of the state from ignoring those restrictions when they get into power, they were going to ignore the law no matter what.
Something something I ask you for freedom because that is according to your principles; when I am stronger I take away your freedom because that is according to my principles
