It varies by state, but generally that does count as assault. A megaphone right next to your ear can reasonably be expected to cause permanent hearing damage. Even in shitholes like California, you are not legally required to sit still and suffer long term injury just because an asshole is dancing around squealing "I'm not touching you! I'm not touching you!"

I have a baby desert eagle and it's a very nice gun even if I really dislike how short the slide is (makes it hard to grip it and chamber a round). Still the ergonomics are my favorite of any pistol barring some of the insanely expensive stuff from CZ and the Hi-power.
I believe the Baby Desert Eagle was one of the names they imported IWI Jericho pistols in as. 17 round 9mm full-metal frame pistol based on the CZ-75, right? Love those beasts, waaaay better guns than the .50AE Deagles

Depending on the year yours was produced, the tall ass flat faced rear combat sight is the way to go. I EDC a full size IMI jericho often, my favorite gun. Polished it to hell, you could sneeze on it and rack the slide. A buddy got one for himself and I taught him how to rack it with one hand off his thigh, the edge of a table, etc... Hook your finger on that rear sight and use that as the grip point. Also check the recoil springs. That's a big ass heavy gun. A lot of them had their springs swapped with kits and add way too much spring tension, way more than the guns need. My buddy's was hell to rack till I looked at the springs and noticed they were doubled up. Only needs to one main, full steel gun. It won't beat itself to death with light recoil springs, that slide weighs a Fucking ton.
did the other countries have tariffs? yes? did we tariff them in response? no? then that's what this law is in reference to. the fact that it's even going to scotus is pure lawfare. it has been in law for over 50 fucking years that the executive can conduct an investigation into unfair trade, and then levy tariffs if they believe that is what they've found. congress is just mad that now the president is actually USING that power.
