Pretty sure the redcoat shooters were acquitted?
Yes! Adams himself explicitly defended them in court and with such wisdom and grace he made even his fellow patriots he obviously sympathized with admit the redcoats were genuinely just protecting themselves as they did their job. I’m convinced he held off the Revolutionary War for a bit more by just being the cooler head prevailing and making actual justice happen.

It's 100% obvious he got clipped here, the person starts accelerating forward before they turn you can see the tires turn after she burns. While her intention more than likely wasn't to hit him, as she tries to turn, she definitely put his life in danger so her intention doesn't matter
LMAO you can see the fucking frame with the slide still back, wtf, you cant just shoot feeling suspects even from BANK robberys

this is just bad, buddy BLAMMED her

Walz is threatening to call up the national guard... I guess to oppose ICE?

Civil war boys. It's a-comin'
If he called up the national guard to theoretically oppose ICE, what's stopping Trump from federalizing them to stop any riots?

It's a retarded idea from the most seriously retarded governor in America, either way.

Trump is going to ban Blackrock from buying up homes. He will expound upon this at the next WEF meeting in Davos. Pretty ballsy move.

I'm actually surprised they're even going to let him talk at Davos. Would have expected they'd do the same as they did with the climate convention in Brazil a little while back and have Newsom there instead as the U.S. political rep.

Him announcing this at Davos an extremely interesting move. It's literally walking up to the globalist oligarchy and telling them to fuck off. That said, getting it through Congress will be difficult, even if they nuke the filibuster.

Trump's been making some strong moves in positive directions that are counter to his statements beforehand. It reinforces that you can't actually ever take Trump at his word (for better or worse), so while it's perfectly acceptable and necessary to raise hell when he pushes something like 50 year mortgages, it's also not worth going full doomer over.

TBH this is some kinda wild grey zone shit, you could argue that if there were more officers behind the first guy then MAYBE you could say someone feard for their life but there is 2 competing "fears for life"

If we had suspended Habius Corpus id give the Feds the benefit of the doubt but a masked man with an assault rifle coming up to your window suddenly is a genuine fair argument for activation of fight or flight, your personal feelings be what they may.

So when the women "flighted" how much risk was the Fed in?

In this establishing frame we cannot yet see the hood of the car yet we can see the Fed, circled
Ver archivo adjunto 8387645
In the next few frames we see the very beginning of the hood and the Fed has moved even further to the side, car green, guy red
Ver archivo adjunto 8387653
Next frame is contact, the car still barley getting going, "bumps" the guy out of the way
Ver archivo adjunto 8387649
this next frame is the peak of him "being hit"
Ver archivo adjunto 8387667
he momentarily looks like he will loose his balance but quickly straightens up, in this next frame you can clearly see he is standing up "fine" and the cars bumper is PASSED him
Ver archivo adjunto 8387664

its even more clear in the next frame

So at this point, she is purely trying to just flee, there is no more cops.

Look she even makes a turn AWAY from the officer almost immediately after getting clear

IDK boys, mag dumping into a fleeing scared womans car is not going to play well to a jury.

Cop was also boxing her in giving her no where to go, unless she was being detained you can argue that was unlawful detention. You guys always say its ok to run over protesters blocking the street...
I thought semi similarly (not at all) as well but seeing this slowmo changed all doubts in my mind

In this you see the car back up -> shift to drive -> floors it while turning wheel from left to right (look at tires) -> wheels spin while still facing officer (front wheel drive car) -> guy split second moves and fires upon her. Pretty case closed in my eyes

the classical name was Arabia Felix they should go with that
Lucky Arabians? Hell yeah. I like it. They should start a casino and entertainment complex called The Lucky Arabia

What happened immediately to the lead-up to the shooting. Let's watch 30s before the shooting, and the shooting (or get stories of the 30s before from both sides). Right? I betcha they didn't just stop, jump out, and fucking pop some lady in the skull for funsies. Even if she were a "target".

If it turns out it was literally a pop-up murder, good, prove that in court because it should be prosecuted. I really doubt that's what shakes out though.

lol wait, are they starting to mob and riot against the local police? As in the same police who've been virtue-signaling that they're with the protesters and are not cooperating with the feds?
MPD knelt on George Floyd, remember. They've never forgiven them for that regardless how buckbroken MPD was as a result of that. Though the same would be happening anywhere that the local government allows and encourages it to.

honest question, what stops a guy wearing all black tactical gear like that and a mask and car jacking people?

I though the feds were fine until I saw THAT video and the other angle

What even identifys them as Feds?

I will use small words. The jury will be asked the following questions:
"Do you think the officer was in a reasonable fear for their life and that of their partners or bystanders?"
"Do you think the driver poses a reasonable risk in the eyes of an officer to themselves or others?"
That it my negro. You don't have to prove intent on behalf of the libtard only that a sane(and the threshold for sane is not high) would be scared for their or others life or body integrity or that by fleeing the scene they pose a risk to others.

Maybe by the fact that they came out of a fed car, surrounded by fed uniform wearing people in the midst of a federal action that the idiots were trying to stifle.

That's the second shot you colossal retard, you can literally see the debris from the shattering windshield on the first shot when he's still in front of the car. I know you wanna act like this is the first shot but it's not.
