Former Trump adviser says Russia offered U.S. free rein in Venezuela in exchange for Ukraine

Insane bit of reporting. The implication is clear, but the timeline makes no sense.

2019, Russia "offers" Trump Venezuela in exchange for a hands-off Ukraine, is rebuffed, advisor told Russia the two (Ukraine and Venezuela) have nothing to do with each other.

2022, under a different administration, Russia invades Ukraine anyways.

2026, America removes Maduro.

Also 2026, let's report on this old story and just implicitly frame it as quid pro quo.
I've actually been wondering why Putin didn't command his faithful servant Trump to blackbag Zelensky. Is there an explanation for that in the lore, or is it a plot hole?

I've said it before, if they are going to insist we pretend that we've invented AI then they don't get to pretend we can't figure out how to make tacos. Worst case scenario, we can set up a Taco Help Call Center in Mexico and Americans can call it for taco technical support.
As long as they don’t outsource to India. :optimistic: Considering how cheap the suits are.

Propaganda is off the charts. I keep seeing Twitter accounts insisting that the US convinced Venezuela to turn their air defense off. Everyone is quoting anonymous sources, of course

Also saw this comment. wtf is wrong with planet fitness
"Creepy guys in the locker room all the time, dudes having gross locker room sex, anonymous profiles hitting you up on Grindr and trying to talk to you because they see you at the gym. I think the problem is honestly just men, really".
No, the problem you are allowing faggots to come in. Everything he described in that paragraph is essentially gay culture.

"The problem is just men, really" bitch it's GAYS. The problem has been and continues to be GAYS. Where the fuck are the straights? That's right, IGNORING GAYS. The trannies? FUCKING GAY. The guys having sex in the locker rooms? GAY. Bitch you're on grindr, you GAY.

I desperately try to give the LGB some wiggle room because I'm a bleeding heart, but gay guys just can't fucking stop being retarded.

The thing with Utah is they had to agree to join the US or get their asses handed to them, but most people who live there still want a Mormon theocracy.

I can’t think of another state that is effectively the holy land of a relevant religion. Closest thing was 90’s wiccanism in Salem, MA, but that’s more of a “fuck you, dad”

I think Mormons in Utah are often just accidentally racist, like concern trolling but sincere. The thing that’s pissing them off in this case is a competing religion

well shit it has to be bullshit

yeah no bullshit I'm still a little surprised at how I'm finding out I'm not so much against foreign wars as I'm against half-assed shitty foreign wars.
I'm not against war. I'm against the government lying to me and treating me like a nigger.
