The funny thing about communism is it's so undefined, even Marx never finished the last part of Das Kapital that would put it down, that you can always say anyone isn't a 'true communist' like those idiots.

Which makes it all the more crazy when you realize capitalism is even less defined. It's basically just "everything that isn't communism".

Holy shit they asked Walz if he was pressured and he immediately goes on about Jan 6 hahah

Honest to God, Dwyer's speech was much more relaxed and composed than this.

The whole childcare thing really feels like only touching the surface of the fraud
It's not exactly fraud, but you'll find state government budgets are mostly going to political cronies. Government buildings are leased from cronies, the capital budget (mostly road construction) goes to construction company cronies, WorkSource goes to county level cronies, the public employee pension fund is managed by more cronies. On and on it goes for almost every part of the budget except for public employee salaries. Even those get partially kicked back to politicians through fake public employee unions.

Politics is a team sport and the politician is the rainmaker and PR guy.

They're both defined fairly clearly by property rights and who controls capital, it just gets muddied because people don't want any failures associated with their team.

I apologize for not posting in a while; I have been thinking a lot about Trump and his efforts to set up a successor. It is clear that at this point, it is Rubio. Vance has been crickets, I think a lot of this is due to his alignment with Vivek and a more greasy side of the GOP. Rubio is the opposite; he is sagacious, linear thinking, and very stedward. He is also a nationalist and not this SJW faction of the party that is really globalists LARPing as Republicans.

Rubio also has no baggage whatsoever. No shady friends, no jeet wife, and has not talked ill before office. I think Rubio will select DeSantis as his VP because Ron has detracted from the culture war shit that bogged him down. He is also popular with the GOP, with no baggage either.

I think Vance is done, though.
i don't even know who the fuck you are

Trump needs to get the Senate together about the filibuster for Voter ID/immigration. If the boomers who are so reliant on the legislative filibuster remaining, Trump needs to ask them to call the Democrats' bluff. Write up a constitutional amendment enshrining the legislative filibuster. If the Democrats vote for it, that'll stop them from doing anything major if they ever get in power again, if they reject it, that'll prove to the boomers that the Democrats will strike down filibuster if they ever get a majority again.
