I've written to both of my senators and my representative. It takes a few weeks, but only one of my senators will even acknowledge I've sent them a correspondence. The way the process works is their staffers read your letters and ask the politicians ask if they support whatever you're writing about. If it's yes, they'll tell you yes. If it's no, they'll tell you "I'm not sure and I don't want to put words in the senator's mouth. But thanks for writing, bud."

Their new(ish) Hercules line of tools isn't terrible. Ive been using them professionally for about a year. Comparable to Miluakee but a little cheaper with a better warranty.
