You pretty much need to go out of your way to assault an officer, and that video alone doesn't even provide evidence that they're willing to pull someone out of a crowd, or ID them and follow up later as happened with J6 attendees; both of the arrestees isolated themselves from the other rioters and moved closer to the officers while doing facially illegal things.
