The issue is with so called "Scientism."
That used to kind of be it until they all swapped off to being more about lifestyle advocacy. You can make a damn fine case that this is related to Body Identity Integrity Disorder and use that to establish more proper medical gatekeeping, but then you couldn't troon out over any little thing anymore since now everyone can demand your (medical) papers to stop any bullshitters.
Just as bad, being a Google doctor makes you more paranoid and falsely leads you to believe that you probably don't have. You can look up stuff and then go to a doctor, but don't be a google doctor on your own. "Why do I feel sick?" Google said you have late-stage AIDS or cancer
I agree you can have a healthy amount of skepticism, especially with stuff like CDC or big pharma, but when it seeps into mainstream life and normies pushing back against trained professionals over issues normies themselves don't fully grasp, then it will just cause more harm. The vast majority of doctors aren't like this and just want to help and it's better going to one than nothing, especially when it's something serious.
It should and it should be punished like how our betters did it 200 years ago.

This is why I called out "Scientism" here. It's an overall issue where enough bullshit is leaking out of the scientific community that their authority as scientists is now being tarnished. Making this worse is the fact that instead of looking at that reputation and taking on the thankless task of trying to rebuild it, they lapsed into treating science and peer review like Christians treat the Bible and yelled at anyone daring to contest them on it. Hence the entirely justified mockery of soyence and endless soyjak posting about people who Fucking Love Science!(tm) It's not that a scientist isn't capable of doing amazing things, none of us could post here without a bunch of them actually making computers and the internet a viable thing, but that scientists who end up supporting scientism are much closer to priests or rabbis (oy vey!) than they are respectable men of science at that point.
And shit like this is why scientism is a bad thing, because when shit goes wrong, and it will fucking go wrong eventually, your reputation is basically what turns something like this from a tragic accident or unforseeable error into comical overkill in negligence if anything about this was funny in the first place.

Then why was she raided by the FBI at all? You have to admit that Merrick Garland and Biden loved using the FBI to raid and harass political opponents. They did it to literally anyone affiliated with the Trump administration or pro-life political organizations.
He speaks English semi fluently, the issue is that he stumbles over words and can't articulate complex ideas the way he wants to in English. It's a very common problem.
She was raided because she worked with Russian nationals who worked for RT, a banned news organization. Lauren never disputed that she worked with them.
Doctors risk their medical license to go agaisnt the narrative even if their statements are supported by facts. Podcasters do not. Doctors have a monetary incentive to lie or remain silent. I trust Joe Rogan more for everything except what supplements to buy since he has monetary incentive to hawk his own brand.
How does that justify a raid, followed by no charges or convictions or explanation by the DoJ? It would be one thing if they raided her for taking money from RT and then prosecuted her, but this looks like a gross abuse of federal law enforcement.
I don't like Chen at all, and I feel like she was targeted for some reason other than being involved with Russia.
The raid is to collect documents and such. The DOJ did file charges based off the raid, they charged the Russians. The Russian nationals are worth more to the DOJ than Chen. As I pointed out before, the DOJ almost never prosecutes under FARA and the worst crime she did was that.
