People forget that the animation studio that made the first movie also went out of business as a result of the bad original design. Sonic was not a marketing ploy, it was an actual awful attempt that they pulled the plug on.
They still stumbled into some damn good marketing. If anyone did that intentionally, we'd be calling them a genius.

post an archived vid.Do not want to give him views.
Post an archived vid with transformative commentary attached for the purposes of fair use, as kiwis are not people who would have gone out of the way to watch it anyway and therefore are not posting with the intent to deny revenue under fair use provisions. Retard.

Similar thing kinda happen with 2007 tf movies when the head desgins for Optimus and megatron got revealed. They had to quickly change them because of backlash to resemble their original designs more.

This chick and everyone she knows is going to start asking questions and promptly told they're bad people for asking them. That's when it starts. I've seen it happen with less traumatic things than this, hell for me it was just living in a big city for a few years, for others i've seen it happen from just ending up in the wrong facebook page.
who is this lady?

People are tired of democracy, they are tired of politicians who would gladly sell them to a foreign country just to increase the gdp. Caesar rose because the people wanted him to rise, and the senate the mast gasp of the dying Roman republic feared they would lose their power if he became an empower and so killed him, but after that that lead to civil wars killing the republic leading to them empire. People don’t want limp wristed politicians they want leaders.
I think Caesar seized power on account of bribing people, breaking any law he wanted, while running good PR, and had the personal loyalty of the largest armies and vast wealth from conquest. You don't need to romanticize him.

Ever wonder what havoc would ensue if Black Lives Matter types took charge of the USA’s largest city? You are about to find out:

1756228909806.webp

Misdemeanors in New York include theft of up to $1,000, drug possession, assault without a weapon, and drunk driving. These would be effectively legal.

The rabidly anti-cop Mamdani is on board:
1756229029103.webp1756229038037.webp

What is a nonviolent offense? Potentially, any offense:

Apply the broken windows theory to see where his policies will quickly lead.

Neoliberalism has rotted NYC to the core. Mamdani is likely to win in a blowout. Any normal people left in the city are advised to get out immediately.
If he sticks to his word, this is horrifying.

But I'm willing to be half the shit he's promising will come to fruition. NYC gets what it fucking deserves regardless.
I'm betting a lot his policies will be around being a jeet.

Caesar taking power, paraphrased:

"Yeah, so I 'm back in Rome, and me and 100,000 of my closest friends have decided I run things now. Any questions?"

I wasn’t trying to romanticize him but I was trying to explain why someone like him would be respected. Sorry if it came across like that.

Disclamer as usual: I am not telling people to get complacent so don't tap the fucking sign at me. But there are more mechanism working in our favor than you realize. The core values of most of these people are they same as yours, their targeting system is just mis-calibrated.
It's quite a predictable journey, isn't it? The shift from left to right. It’s less of a political change and more of a coming-of-age for those who eventually see the world as it is, not as they wish it to be.

The youthful fantasy of social change is an amusing luxury, one that only lasts until the realities of life—like a mortgage or the taxman—set in. The true measure of maturity isn't in what you desire for society, but in what you are willing to build and protect for yourself.

Furthermore, a dose of reality, like the practical need for a safe neighborhood, often clarifies things. While some remain absorbed in theoretical debates over the roots of social ills, others simply prioritize personal security and order. It's a pragmatic shift from lofty ideals to the basic need for a functional society.

Ultimately, this transition is the simple, inevitable result of replacing idealistic naivety with a more grounded, sensible perspective.

It's pathetic how people fall for this celebrity bullshit. They're so desperate for a feel-good story they can't see past the obvious fact that it's all just a business move. The entire thing is a carefully managed brand strategy, but a lot of people are too intellectually lazy to figure that out.

Smart TVs have the capability to do all kinds of things. One of the major reasons they don't want to sell "dumb" TVs anymore is that they absolutely want a pre-made audience if they ever go this route.. They also could, with a simple software patch, set themselves up as billboards. Not watching anything? The TV will display silent ads until you wake it back up. Roku already does something similar with a "Cityscape" screensaver before powering off the TV -- the cityscape has some ads on the billboards.

This shit could get much worse if we don't constantly push back on it.
Normies won't know how to do this. but all you have to do is block the tv at the mac address level and it can't do shit. You might need to turn off randomizing mac addresses. idk if android / google tvs have that enabled like on android phones. At least some companies like TCL still offer tv updates through usb rather than ota.

Caesar did strongarm/bribe/break Roman Law to get to the top, but he did actually try to help the common Roman man, giving land to his veterans, literally giving the citizens of Rome like 4 months of wages out of his pocket after the civil war.

Caesar had comical plot armor, he was litterally the main character of his time. He also apparently had insane charisma.

My favorite roman figures though are Octavian and Marcus Agrippa in their buddy cop romp around the Mediterranean.

, it's hard to argue they aren't basically settling.
Nothing wrong with settling so long as you have a realistic perspective. People don't want to be alone, we were made for each other, not to simply live for ourselves. I know lots of people who hitched up because they're old and being old and alone is NOT fun. To my mind there's nothing wrong with this but lets not pretend that we're still young/naïve enough to think we're in a Disney fairy tail meeting our prince/princess. Evolutionarily we don't couple for 'love' but rather as a survival strategy first and foremost.

If you're lucky and good to each other, maybe the love can come later.

Federal Judge Allows Case to Proceed Against Wisconsin Jurist Accused of Obstructing ICE

A federal judge in Wisconsin rejected a state jurist’s claims of judicial immunity on Tuesday in a case that is testing the limits of the Trump administration’s ability to bar local officials from interfering with its deportation campaign.

The failed attempt to dismiss the case means that Judge Hannah C. Dugan of the Milwaukee County Circuit Court remains on track to stand trial on federal charges of concealing a person from arrest and obstruction of proceedings.

Judge Lynn Adelman, who was appointed to the Federal District Court by President Bill Clinton and who is presiding over Judge Dugan’s case, said the state judge had not shown that she should be exempted from the prosecution because of her role.

“There is no basis for granting immunity simply because some of the allegations in the indictment describe conduct that could be considered ‘part of a judge’s job,’” Judge Adelman wrote.

Judge Dugan was little-known outside Milwaukee until April, when federal immigration agents showed up outside her courtroom with plans to arrest a man from Mexico who was scheduled to appear before her on domestic abuse charges. That set off a series of events that made Judge Dugan a face of the national immigration debate. Some supporters warned that her arrest amounted to an attack on the judiciary; Justice Department officials said it showed that no one was above the law.

Judge Dugan’s lawyers said in a statement on Tuesday that they were disappointed by the ruling. They added: “We look forward to the trial which will show Judge Dugan did nothing wrong and simply treated this case like any other in front of her courtroom.”

Justice Department officials did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Tuesday. A hearing in Judge Dugan’s case is scheduled for next week.

When the federal agents arrived at the county courthouse, they told security officers about their plans to arrest the man, Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, who is from Mexico, on an administrative warrant, according to an F.B.I. charging document. When Judge Dugan became aware of the federal agents, the charging document said, she became “visibly upset and had a confrontational, angry demeanor.”

According to the criminal complaint, the judge confronted the agents and told them to talk to the chief judge of the courthouse. She then returned to her courtroom and, according to the charging document, directed Mr. Flores-Ruiz through an alternate courtroom exit separate from the public door to the hallway where agents were waiting.

Mr. Flores-Ruiz made it outside the courthouse, the charging document said, where agents arrested him after chasing him on foot. Federal agents said that Mr. Flores-Ruiz was removed from the United States in 2013 and that there was no record of him seeking or receiving permission to return.

Days after Mr. Flores-Ruiz’s arrest, federal agents arrested Judge Dugan and top Justice Department officials weighed in on the case.

“It doesn’t matter what line of work you are in, if you break the law we will follow the facts and we will prosecute you,” Attorney General Pam Bondi said.

More than 150 former state and federal judges signed a letter to Ms. Bondi calling Judge Dugan’s arrest an attempt to intimidate the judiciary. And when the judge was in court pleading not guilty to the charges after being indicted by a grand jury, protesters gathered outside to urge prosecutors to drop the case.

Judge Dugan has been temporarily removed from the bench by the Wisconsin Supreme Court while the case against her moves forward.

Her arrest marked an escalation of the Trump administration’s warnings that local officials not impede federal efforts to deport millions of undocumented immigrants. Since President Trump returned to office, the Justice Department has sued state and local governments that limit cooperation with immigration agents and has announced investigations of some elected Democrats over their immigration policies.
Since "journalists" aren't worth shit, here's the link to the decision:

Judge Lynn Adelman is one of the most patently political judges currently holding office. That he engaged in a de novo review of the magistrate's recommendation to deny criminal immunity to the alien aider Wisconsin judge and came to the same conclusion is quite a blow to the left. If he could throw out the indictment, he would have.

Also, note that one of the precedential cases on judicial immunity he cites multiple times is the Hastings case out of the Eleventh Circuit. Alcee Hastings was a black judge appointed by Carter as part of Carter's proto-DEI nonsense (that ended up appointing a number of corrupt judges—weird how that happens, right?). He took $150k in a bribe to give a lighter sentence to a mafia guy convicted on racketeering charges. He also liked to spend quite a bit of time hanging out, smoking cigars, and drinking whiskey with young women instead of doing his work as a federal judge. He was impeached ultimately. His co-conspirator was pardoned by Clinton. The moral of the story, I guess, is that once again a black criminal (Hastings) has taken down a liberal white woman (Dugan).

Caesar did strongarm/bribe/break Roman Law to get to the top, but he did actually try to help the common Roman man, giving land to his veterans, literally giving the citizens of Rome like 4 months of wages out of his pocket after the civil war.
It's always good to remember that Caesar's revolt against the Senate was predicated on the Senate ordering him to dismiss his soldiers (after conquering all of Gaul, subduing various Germanic tribes, launching offensives in the British Isles, etc.) and appear in Rome, unarmed and defenseless, to face criminal prosecution because the Senate was scared of him. They broke precedent and procedure to issue an ultimate decree allowing the Roman state to ignore all laws to neuter Caesar as a political and military leader, because the Senate deemed him a threat to the republic. You'd think people in our government, academia, and media would think about that when demanding to prosecute and lock away Trump for almost 10 years, but they care more about gibs and their own power than they do about historical literacy.

The depressing part is that the liberal mindset is one that works great when you're around other people who embrace it properly. The only people who have ever been in that mindset are white, western, and more or less Christian raised, with basic roman-esque values. The programming these people feel is deep and atavistic, it's actually the most beautiful thing about us. But rapid multiculturalism fucks it up.

I don't remember who said it but it was "in my family i'm a communist, in my extended family i'm a socialist, in my town i'm liberal, in my state i'm a libertarian, in my country i'm a conservative, in the world i'm a fascist" or something along those lines.

When in the west we were all the same people descended from the same values that mechanic stratified further up for all of those. Trusting your countrymen was great when they were statistically worth trusting. But when you mix in hordes of people who are from races and cultures where they take advantage of weakness, treat each other like robots, exaggerate their own harm to get their way, and are generally soulless, it doesn't work. This is part of why I don't blame boomers for being the way they are. They grew up in a time where it made sense to be that way.

It's all so sad really.
